Burrito Shak

I love this place!!! Great food and family-friendly options for everyone. The workers are always smiling with great attitudes and super helpful with all the random patron requests (including my own;) Elizabeth and Joey were beyond helpful and extremely accommodating. To our local Burrito Shak Family~ Thank you for always going above and beyond in Surf City!!!

The food is outstanding. Always fresh and delicious made to order. I would highly recommend this anyone who likes Mexican food
The food is made to order, and it's quick. You can easily stop in. On a lunch break and have time to sphere and the restaurant in the eating. And pairing food is always clean.

Great tacos and friendly staff. Reminds me of Subway for tacos but with better ingredients. The music was slightly too loud making conversation hard to hear but won't prevent me from coming back.

This little restaurant in the Publix plaza was perfect and hit the spot. They had many options to include vegetarian friendly options. The cabbage slaw was very delicious as was the nachos. Husband got the 3 taco special and was very pleased with his meal too. They had bottled glass beer and soda fountain drinks. Will be eating here again. Highly recommend

I love visiting the Surf City location. The customer service is out of this world. Tonight Slim Sadie made me some of the most amazing nachos I have ever had. Anastasia and Isaiah were killing it on the line and the potatoes were amazing! Sammi was engaging and friendly. Jenna, the manager there during my visit was friendly and welcoming. Don't walk, run for some of the most friendly staff and great food. Definitely recommend visiting this awesome establishment.

Stopping by 20 minutes before closing time, I asked if we could come in, I know what it's like to have customers at the last minute and we were greeted with happy faces telling us to come on it. Seasoned Tofu is so yummy! We got bowls and they are even great as leftovers!

We stumble upon Burrito Shak during our trek to Surf City. The kiddos ordered quesadilla and burrito from the kids menu. The adults had the shaka and loaded nachos. Everything came out fresh and tasty. Highly recommended!

The B-Shak salad is my go-to!!! So filling and healthy. The romaine is always crisp and fresh. Because life is all about balance, I usually get 4oz of Queso too. It’s delectable as well!
The customer service is wonderful- laid back, confident, and kind. When I went in tonight, they ran out of ranch and the man behind the counter searched high and low to get that extra ranch! He was on a mission to provide - I recognize and appreciate that!
The price is very fair. I got a salad, large Queso, and burrito for $26 (including tip). My usual family night to McDonald’s is at least $20. So this is way fresher and healthier for only a couple more bucks!

Also - Waffle Fry Wednesdays are THE BEST.

I have lunch here at least once a week and the food and staff are always amazing. I used their catering services for a work event and it was a hit. The manager Freddie goes out of his way to make sure guest have a great experience.

First visit to this restaurant. The staff was very helpful in helping me avoid too spicy hot items on my burrito. It was so large I had half for lunch the following day. The chips were fresh and delicious 😋 The restaurant is clean and bright with smiling pleasant employees. I will return.

On par with the other locations I have visited. Quick service and friendly staff. Luckily this location isn't usually overwhelmed by the tourists durring peak season. It can be difficult to get to the location due to traffic sometimes.

The food was delicious and filling. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. It was also budget friendly for the most part compared to other sit down restaurants in the area.

I've been here 3 times now, the food is spiced well and always fresh. They don't skimp on the meat, and they have what I remember chipotles prices being back in 2018. I get a double chicken bowl and it comes out to 10 bucks after the tip, I don't get guac or queso tho they prolly charge extra for that not sure. Thier fire salsa is my fav it's so good. Everytime I've been there though it seems like they are on their last 4 black beans and last 9 pinto beans lmao other then that I love it

Bahh!!!! This place is the BOMB!!! Do yourself a favor and eat here at least once! I’m a vegetarian and I truly LOVE the tofu. They also have a Monday potato night which is also sweet. We will be back, this place never disappoints.

Really good food here! We always get a burrito bowl - delicious and filling. And healthy too. A serving of chips comes with each entrée and there is a serve yourself salsa bar. Love this place!

The staff was so friendly. It was very refreshing in this day and age. Burritos and salsa were yum!

Had such a great experience at the Surf City Shak! Ginger, Jaden, and Isaiah were amazing! Definitely worth the crazy tourists in the parking lot.

This is my favorite burrito shak location. The flavor is super consistent. Good employees. Overall good
