Blondery treats are absolutely delicious! I can't stop thinking about them, so I've made multiple trips in the last few months - to pop-ups and the storefront before it closed. The flavors are scrumptious, but the texture is really what gets me. Somehow, the blondies are dense and delicate at the same time. Most addictive flavor for me is s'mores, but my mom loves the chocolate chip cookies!

What a special business! The mini blondies are adorable and make such a fantastic gift. We got the box of 24 blondies for a birthday and they were a huge hit. They would be amazing for a wedding!
If you have a sweet tooth get in here now!

I've lived in several states and visited even more, good chocolate chip cookies are rarer than you think. Believe me, I am dedicated to that research. Blondery's chocolate chip cookies are outstanding, one of the best I've ever tried. The cookie's sweetness is well-balanced with just the right notes of chocolate, brown sugar, and vanilla flavors in each soft, crumbly bite. The Brooklyn blackout blondie is very good as well, but we're talking chocolate chip cookies here. I tried them at the Mayfest event yesterday and went back today to get more. Their storefront is about an hour away, but I will be making that drive in the near future. Prices are on the higher end, but you are getting high quality ingredients and culinary artistry.

I tried the Blondery blondies at the Beacon farmer’s market and was blown away. The owner was so nice, and the blondies are both cute and amazingly melt-in-your mouth tasty. Highly recommend the pecan and salted caramel! Don’t miss the cookies, either! The chocolate chip is one of my favorites of all time.

Great gift boxes for shipping to friends and family all over the country, too!

Do you have a special occasion coming up and want to get a nice gift for a loved one? Blondery. Big event in your life and you want to get yourself something? Blondery. Bad week and you deserve a treat? Blondery. Good week? Blondery. Dont deserve a treat but gonna get one anyway? You know the answer. No matter what you get here you are not going to be disappointed, no matter the occasion! I am particularly partial to their cookies but you absolutely can’t go wrong with the blondies either!

The best cookies ever! My favorite is chocolate chip with oatmeal raisin a very close second. We love them for ourselves and to offer as gifts to others, if they last that long.

Wow. Black woman owned business, delicious chewy cookies with a crunch, excellent friendly staff, how much better can you get? YOU CAN'T. They excel in all areas. My daughter and I frequent the Blondery every weekend for our morning treats and goodies. Yum! Highly recommend!

Yesterday, I tasted Auzerais’s vegan chocolate chip cookie, and I’ve completely fallen in love! One of the reasons I remain a vegetarian and not a vegan is because it’s so challenging to find delectable vegan alternatives to pastries and other sweets. But, Blondery has managed to make vegan cookies that have retains its soft texture & sweet richness.
I can sympathize greatly with those who cannot afford the culinary delights (I’ve had my own monetary struggles in the past, where I needed supplemental aid from community food pantries and governmental benefits). For me, personally, the price improves the consumption experience in a way. I value every bite that much more thinking of all the work that went behind being able to fit the cost in my budget. I look at whatever I purchase as a special treat—something to celebrate a success, use as a thoughtful gift, etc. And, I appreciate knowing that I’m receiving quality ingredients, while aiding an entrepreneur with scaling their small business.
As our economy shifts—due, in large part, to millennial & Gen Z influences—from prioritizing material goods (that are often unsustainable, like McMansions) to, instead, preferring experiences (e.g. traveling, immersive exhibits, etc.), I expect to see an increase in the price of luxury “ephemeral” goods. If someone is selling designer purses at $3k/pop, most wouldn’t take umbrage with it. In contrast, someone purchasing a small, artisanal, high-quality bite-sized brownie for $5 is deemed out-of-touch. In the near future, I think that perception will gradually change, as more people embrace paying more for sensations versus physical items. I hope that take of mine makes sense, lol.
Furthermore, I think the concept of unique, bite-sized brownies/blondies is brilliant. Some unsolicited suggestions I might have to further scale Blondery might be to (in addition to all the work currently being done re: great marketing/branding & the e-commerce sale strategies): 1) perhaps consider offering customizable flavors/designs. 2) aim to create more viral/stunt moments (reaching millions of nonfollowers) in ways such as a) collaborating with surprising/unique influencers—like the brilliant Tom Ford-Nara Smith collaboration, b) finding unique trends to capitalize on (eg perhaps creating a coconut-flavored blondie in honor of the current Kamala Harris popular meme), c) perhaps separating social media assets: having a Blondery page just for foodies and food-related tips, demonstrations, tutorials, trend-adoptions, fun facts, hot takes, oddly-satisfying shots, myth-busting, things-bakers-will-relate-to, etc. and another for entrepreneurial tips, inspirations, thoughts, etc., 3) consider the expansion to merch, as the branding is great, and 4) see about partnering with other nearby businesses/restaurants like Apropos to see if they might add your items to their dessert menu. I wouldn’t be afraid, too, to think outside the box. Like, perhaps even partnering with a lingerie company to create a Valentine’s Day gift set including brownies and other spicy items… 😂
I’m sad that Downtown Peekskill is losing yet another retail business. But, I shall try to order from the website as often as I can 😊

I got one of the s'mores cookies at a local craft show and it was seriously one of the best cookies I've ever had in my life and I would embarrassed to estimate how many cookies I have had. The flavors were perfect, the texture great. Everything about it was superb.

Blondery is the truth!!

We ran into them in Kingston and loved their cake jars. Then ran into them in Beacon and had some cookies and a cinnamon roll. My wife wanted one of the full size cakes for her birthday. Then today, we went down to Peekskill to grab some donuts…

Everything we’ve tried from them is delicious and incredibly fresh.

I highly recommend. And know that we’ll be picking up more items…

Blondery is the best! We purchased our wedding cake from them (a small cake for my husband and I to cut) and it was without a doubt the best cake I've ever had. We bought some of the scraps in the form of cake jars as well that have been fun to pop out of the freezer on special occasions since. I highly recommend visiting them in Peekskill!

Life is tough, but try anything at Blondery and it'll take you to a better place, at least for a little while. Peekskill is lucky to have Auzerais and this beautiful vision for a bakery. If you're not in the area, there's lots to make it worth a day trip, starting with a Blondery-headquarters-only cookie, doughnut, or cinnamon roll, which are genuinely the best I've had in my entire life.

A great addition to Peekskill! Blondies are tasty, though a bit small. The salted caramel pecan is my favorite - which surprised me since I’m not a pecan fan!

Cookies are great and it’s always fun getting bags of trim.

This is an old review that I see never posted... Thought it was still worth posting now

So the ad about the S'mores Hot Chocolate literally drove me to bakery today. I'm ALWAYS satisfied with the treats I get from the Blondery and this was no different. I'm not a Chocoholic, but marshmallow is my favorite topping on a Sundae, so I couldn't pass this by. DELICIOUS 😋 understates this Hot Chocolate!!! 😋😋😋😋😋 The temperature was PERFECT, the freshly Toasted Marshmallow added the exact amount of sweetness to the Lucious Decadent Chocolate! It's a MUST HAVE! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is a go-to place in Peekskill, NY if you’re looking for a locally based shop to satisfy your sweet tooth! You can tell that the staff love working there, the owner seems to be very involved with the day-to-day baking, and everything looks made in-house! We had the “S’mores” and the “Vegan Chocolate Chip” cookies! Definitely give this place a try if you’re in the area!

I picked up Blondery's S'mores Hot Chocolate and a cinnamon roll at the Beacon Farmers Market recently. OMG. The love that goes into their products is undeniable. Their cinnamon roll was everything good that makes up a cinnamon roll -- light, fresh, the perfect touch of cinnamon -- and THE ICING. I can't. Absolutely incredible. The only downfall was having to share with my daughter, whose eye about popped out of her head when she saw the deliciousness I was enjoying. Pairing that with their S'mores Hot Chocolate was the icing on the proverbial cake. There's magic in everything that Blondery creates. I love that they're a part of our community and am excited to try more of their creations. <3
