From the original tour and coffee tasting, we were impressed with the quality products and facility. Before, during and after installation, we were so pleased with the staff and customer service.

Very knowledgeable and friendly. Scott gave us a tour of the facility and answered all our questions as we prepare to open our coffee shop. The staff working the warehouse were all busy roasting beans and fulfilling orders, but they all greeted us with a smile and were very pleasant to interact with.

Java Estates also has a complete supply of paper products (cups/lids/straws/stirs) as well as syrups, sauces, smoothies and frappe products for your business.

Their knowledge of the machine their willingness to work past normal hours, their ability to professionally work together in repairing the espresso machine made me a customer for life.
