Batteries Plus Phone Repair

I went here after i was ignored by JJ Mobile Solutions. I had attempted to DIY my iPhone battery replacement, but found out the cheap tools i had were not doing the trick. These guys had no problem rescuing me, and didn’t mind that I’d already cracked open my phone. They replaced my iPhone 12 battery in like 45 minutes. Very friendly staff.

I bought my car battery and had it installed and also got a new watch battery and he installed that for me too! Even set the time!! Super friendly service!! Great prices! Highly recommended!!!

These guys are the real deal. Joe replaced my iPhone 6 battery in about 20 minutes and it works perfectly. He was a pleasure to work with, as well. Very polite and tech savvy.

This after I drove over an hour to the Apple Store for the same service, only to have them turn me away because the bezel had a tiny dent in it. I will avoid dealing with Apple and go straight to We Fix It in the future.

Friendly people, honest, great prices and work! Got my daughter's iphone 5S screen replaced. I also had my car battery checked while I was there. I had them check it once before and they told me I didn't need a battery at that time. I kept thinking I maybe needed a new one recently as I've never replaced it. They checked it again today and indeed I did need one. We love this place for all battery needs and MORE! Until yesterday I didn't know they repaired phones.

Just had them replace the battery in my iPhone 6s and it went great. Even though I just dropped in, they had the battery in stock and I only had to wait about a half an hour. They continue to be one of those businesses that are helpful and knowledgeable that I can trust. :)

This Batteries Plus was spot on! They told me
to be there at 2:00, took us right in for our 2 iphones that had cracked screens and needed batteries. They told us to return at 4:00 and everything was completed. Excellent customer service. Phones work great! I would recommend these guys to anyone!

We brought my iPhone 4S in on a Saturday afternoon for a repair. It was decided that the battery needed to be replaced (it had swelled) and it needed a new back too. We were told to return in about 2.5 hours. I called 2 hours after we left and the phone was repaired and ready. I feel
as if I now have a new iPhone 4S. Thank you for the excellent service.

I needed a new Iphone battery and scheduled my appointment online. When I got there, I was immediately greeted and my phone was checked out for any issues I was not aware of. My battery was promptly installed and my phone is working great. I always enjoy doing business with these guys.

I took my iPhone in to get the battery replaced and was pleasantly surprised when Joe explained the terms, type of battery that would be used to replace my iPhone battery and the guarantee that came with the battery plus the cost. What was GREAT was that it was only going to take approximately 40 minutes to have the battery replaced. Joe did the battery replacement himself and true to his word, my phone was ready when I came back by to pick it up! Joe explained the importance of charging my new battery to 100% as soon as possible; which I did! My iPhone is like new! I will take all my electronics and battery needs to Batteries Plus from now on. They are GREAT!

Went it to get my charging port fixed, it was quick and simple and the gentleman did it for free, wouldn’t take a tip either, so I guess I’ll just let everyone know they are!

I was able to drop my phone off earlier than I had scheduled, and the repairs only took about an hour. I am pleased with the quality service and the fact that they checked out other functions of my phone to ensure everything was working when I got it back. My visit also allowed me time to see the range of products they carry at the store- for future reference.

I took my iPhone 6 to get a new battery. After 3 years the original one had quit charging and holding a charge. The guys at Batteries Plus did a great job and got the battery replaced in an hour. Thanks for saving me big bucks on buying a new phone!

We brought in an iPhone 5c with a complete shattered screen. I thought it was for sure a goner, but they fixed it and now it looks brand new. The service was great, they called us to let us know when the phone was ready and they went above and beyond to make sure the phone was in perfect working condition. Batteries Plus Bulbs repaired my 6s screen. I scheduled online, they repaired the phone on time, the experience was easy and the customer service was excellent. I recommend using Batteries Plus Bulbs for your IPhone repair. BTW, I noticed they carried a lot of different batteries and bulbs from common to unique - including car batteries!

The gentleman that helped me was super knowledgeable and friendly. He gave me good information, and even though my watermark had been triggered, I still got a year warranty on the parts. If it wasnt my battery like he thought, he said he would return the old battery to the phone and wouldn't charge me for the new one.

I don’t remember who I worked with but he was super thorough and fast! I was expecting to have to wait a few hours for my screen on my phone to be replaced but it only took them and hour and a half. I am very pleased with the service they provided and would recommend them to everybody!

What a great service! Last time I had a Nook tablet go wonkers, I simply threw it out and bought a new one. This time, I spent one day without it as the wonderful technicians service & repaired it & installed a new battery. Problems solved & all data preserved. Highly recommended!

Very friendly and got me up and running in no time. Ubreak I fix would not fix my screen because they said my charging system was not working properly. After they fixed the screen my phone started charging like normal. Definitely would go back for all my repairs hopefully won't have to.
