Kind and honest service. I had a screen crack on a Pixel 7 Pro and was getting it remedied via device protection claim. Went in on a Sunday, but the replacement part wasn't in stock. On Wednesday they had one available and were able to efficiently make the fix. I appreciated their honesty about parts coming in and the estimated time for repair. They were great about communicating with me and it was convenient that they had my service claim accessible. We were all on the same page as far as the service coverage and expectations for repair.

Absolutely great. We went in because my husband's Pixel 7 wasn't charging through the port. The gentleman helping us took it in the back and cleaned out the charging port, for free. Then gave us recommendations on a case to protect it from debris. He was very friendly and helpful. Totally recommend!

I brought my phone in, thinking I needed a new charging port and expecting to pay $100 or more for the fix. The nice young lady looked at it, took it to the back room, and came back with the phone telling me it just needed cleaning. Works great now, NO CHARGE for the service. You can't beat that. Highly recommend this place.

Marvin, the technician I dealt with today at the Fort Collins location was the best part of going through the whole Asurion claims process. My review is based on his work, customer service and care that he gave me as a customer at the store itself. He was amazing, diligent, and knowledgeable. Went above and beyond the expectations. Asurion itself and the whole claims process, I rate at zero stars. I spent all week on the phone with the call center agents submitting claim after claim after claim because they kept canceling them after each other. Even upon my fix date today, Marvin guided me in the store on how to confirm the appointment online and then since it was only letting me do it to the Longmont location, he had me submit it and called to get it transferred to Fort Collins for me so I didn’t have to struggle anymore. Like I said, he was the best part of the entire process so I give credit to this individual store. It’s obviously managed very well!

We worked with Roy at the Fort Collins store and he was super knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He recovered the data on my broken Samsung with no troubles in a timely manner. We had to make an extra trip to sign in to accounts to finish the data transfer but that's okay to make sure it was done properly. Thank you again, Roy!

Alyssa was the bomb dot com. I came in with a problem with my port that wasn’t allowing my phone to charge. She took it to the back, cleaned it up nice and good like a 69 chevelle, came back out and my phone was working like new. Even gave me a new screen protector because mine was all cracked up. I really appreciate the service, smile, and the amazing customer service.

We were having some issues with getting a screw out of our Steam Deck to do a DIY repair so we took it into this shop to see if they could help. The gentleman in the shop was super helpful, got the stripped screw out, and gave us some pointers about our device! Love this shop and will be back with any tech issues in the future.

After I made my appointment, they called me in advance to let me know what to expect, including how long the repair would take and the cost. I didn't think my phone was under warranty but, when I arrived, they checked for me and it turned out it was, meaning the repair was free to me. Both of the people I interacted with were friendly and helpful. And they completed the repair in much less time than expected on the same day it started. I'm so glad to have found this reliable source for electronics repairs.

Went in to get my broken screen fixed. Had my phone back within a few hours working good as new! Great service in general all around!

I'm so glad my husband recommended we go to uBreakiFix after going to a different repair shop in Cheyenne, WY. My phone randomly died and wouldn't turn back on. I thought I had lost everything on it. We took it to one shop that was just blindly guessing what could be wrong. We could have paid more to have the wrong component replaced. I almost never have a standard iPhone or Samsung Galaxy phone, I usually go for the more generic Motorola's or LG's, but even so they have been able to replace the battery or screen within a day! Very fast and they are very nice here!

This place is incredible! The replaced my screen of my iPhone in less than an hour. They also gave me a free screen protector when I lost the warranty email and repair claim! I highly recommend to anyone with phone needs!

Even though Luke was not able to fix my phone, he was courteous, diligent and honest. The customer care woman was very knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. I will definitely take my tech issues back to them.

UbreakiFix repaired my broken phone screen in under two hours. They were efficient, easy to book with, and had affordable rates for problems even if I didn't have phone insurance. Plus Alyssa was exceptionally sweet! She was quick to work with and I witnessed her kindness with other customers. Tech issues can be difficult for many, whether not being quite their skillset or frustration over expensive broken devices, so such customer service provides a great experience.

Schedule online √ Get a quick diagnosis √ Once they ordered parts, it took under four hours to fix thus saving me the cost of a 1200.00 phone for the price of a new battery and screen. It's a no brainer if your phone can be fixed.

Great Service at the Fort Collins, College Location.
They were unable to repair my device but were prompt and let me know the complications quickly.
Still didn't charge me a dime although I know they spent some time working on my device.
I will be returning to this location next time I need a fix!

Luke & team were awesome in assisting us with my daughter's phone. They were able to transfer all her info from her damaged phone to her new one without a hitch...working on the 4th of July and giving us updates over 2 days. Luke was informative, friendly, and kind --helping with a high stress situation of potentially losing photos/memories. Highly recommend!!

I went to 2 other phone repair stores to get my phone screen replaced. Both had a wait time of 3-5 days. I went to uBreakiFix at 5pm and they closed at 7pm. They started the repair immediately and had repair completed before closing time. I am very happy with the repair. I will go back for any future that repairs. Great job.
