Upscale, beautiful showroom with the latest, quality bath and kitchen fixtures. Staff very helpful in making selections, presenting design ideas. Responsive to questions and followed through promptly and professionally on order. They also offer a selection of robes, candles, soaps, etc. to pamper yourself once project complete!!

I ordered a Toto toilet from them and found out I could not install it in the apt I was moving into. Toto had shipped the item and would not give a refund but Juclyn Brown would not accept that answer and workrd to get me a full refund. Great to work with. Will give them my business from now on!
