Very good! Came here on a Sunday night and I was surprised that it was a little slow considering that the food was very fresh and great tasting. The burgers were very juicy considering it was a smash burger but still very delicious. The tater tots were very crispy and fresh. The Sriracha mayo and curry ketchup with fries/tator tots went well too. Also there was plenty of seating and it was nice to have food delivered to one’s table. I will definitely come back :)

The burgers are great! They're real meat. The fries were crunchy and yummy! The service was on point.

There are games that you can play like giant sized Jinga! There's comfy seating in the second room and a great patio!

It. Was our first time! However, I was happy we went. The young lady at the counter was fantastic.
The " HELL YEAH BURGER" was " Hell yeah....goooooooood! "That sauce( house) will make you " slap" your taste buds!!!!

Great first experience trying Smash House Burger Co! I tried The Smash, which is their bacon cheeseburger, with an order of fries and curry ketchup. They are currently in the soft opening phase with a limited menu. I am looking forward to seeing what they add in the future.

Every bite of the burger was flavor and texture perfection. So satisfying. Definitely food joy. The burger patty was legit! It had a lightly crispy crust from the edge to the center, every single bite. The bacon was perfectly crispy and the melty cheddar cheese was awesome. The meat, cheese, bun and toppings were balanced in a way that The Force in Star Wars never has been.

On top of that the curry ketchup is a next level dipping sauce. I highly recommend that you give it a try. If you have never had curry ketchup before I caution you to prepare to have your mind blown. The fries are thin natural cut and lightly fried but still crispy. Perfectly suited to transport this heavenly sauce to your palate.

Fun Facts:
-This place used to be Rounds Premium Burgers. They have kept some of the tables and chairs, repainted the walls, and got rid of the tvs. The sign in the parking lot still says Rounds customers only.

-They don't season the fries so be sure to grab salt packets and add it right away when they bring out your order.

-You may think the price is a bit high but in my opinion you are definitely paying for quality over quantity.

So, do yourself a favor and give this tasty new burger place a try soon.

Food was cooked to order and served hot and fresh. I had the #2 🍔an order of tots and a beer...since it was happy hour 😊🍻. Also ordered a couple of fountain drinks and a plain smash burger for my son. He said food was good...definately a good smash burger as one of the last places we went had served a so called smash burger but they managed to disappoint. Tots were a single order that came out crisp and golden, done just right and there were plenty for two people in that single order of tots. Been on the search and this place held well for a good smashburger and a nice place to dine inside or their patio. Music choice playing inside is good...server claims they also have live music on select dates. Staff was polite and professional and the place is neat and clean with simple but cool decor. Be sure to leave a drawing or comment on their post-it wall...lots of talented folks leaven some fun drawings to check out. Definately coming back if we are in town. Thanks

I heard there was a new smash burger restaurant in town and I came to try immediately. I ordered for to-go and I maybe waited less than 10 minutes before it came out, I was also the only person in line around 6:30pm. Cashier was very sweet. Atmosphere inside could maybe use a little work but outside is beautiful. Most importantly, the food I ordered (a #2 and fries) was amazing! I didn’t think it was too salty unlike some other reviews. I think this place is still growing and people should be more empathetic. Will definitely be dining here again! *note: yellow chilis are courtesy of my own fridge lol not sure if they have them at the restaurant

Best burger I've had in Pasadena. Better than the local spots like Lucky Boy, Tops, Tommy's, or The Stand. The limited menu at the moment has 2 pretty straightforward burgers and then the "Hell Yeah!" which is a bit eccentric like a Cali burrito.

I got the Smash with an extra patty. The burger looks smaller than it eats. It had well-seasoned, perfectly crisp patties (best smashed patties I've had in years), and I appreciated that they use a heartier, seasoned, thick-cut bacon. The pickles weren't overwhelmingly sweet or sour and the cut on them was perfect for the interior of a burger (the only parts of my burger that fell out were a handful of grilled onions). The grilled onions were crunchy and added another layer of charred sweetness mixed with a little bite of bitterness. The house sauce tied everything together really well and I ate the entire burger without taking a drink or a bite of my fries.

The fries reminded me of Whataburger fries, if only a hint less crispy. Contrary to what another review mentioned, there was plenty of salt on both my fries and my girlfriend's tater tots which she loved. Since there isn't a whataburger around here and I'm a Texan, die-hard whataburger fan, I was very excited at the prospect of these fries. All in all, they were some great julienne style fries with a proper amount of seasoning that was accentuated well by the delicious curry ketchup. I'm looking forward to trying their other sauces if they are all as well-balanced as this one.

The laid-back atmosphere was really nice, and there's plenty of space at the drink station to pour up whatever you like. I also noticed 3 separate tray return/trash bins in each segment of the restaurant which is always nice for convenience. I will also add that I loved the music selection and it wasn't too loud or overwhelming. Price is pretty similar to most high quality burger spots across the LA area, if only a couple dollars cheaper. But the ~$15-20 meal cost is worth it and not more than you will spend at Shake Shack or Five Guys.

I will DEFINITELY be coming back here, and I'm so glad that there's finally a burger spot in Pasadena with food that is actually seasoned and well-thought out. There have been quite a few burger spots that came highly recommended that I tried in this area which just tasted like run-of-the-mill processed garbage from a 1950s drive-thru.

Love this place!!! I’ve been here a few times now and I’ve never been disappointed. It’s honestly the best burger I’ve had in the area. The prices are great and service is quick and friendly.

Not only is this a nicely made cheeseburger, it’s likely the best smash burger you’re gonna find for only six bucks. And they have beer. On tap. 🥰🍔🍻

Don’t shoot the messenger, but there’s no need to wait in line at In-N-Out ever again. Come to the Smash House. Great burgers, actually, flawless burgers, and five dollar Draft Modelo’s.

A Gem of a spot to get affordable food, drinks and great service. Indoor and outdoor seating. Clean restrooms. Good selection or beers on tap.

My gf and I always try new burger spots and rate them. This is now our favorite spot in Pasadena due to quality, flavor, and cost. Already looking forward to coming back.

My wife and I were taking a walkon a Friday night and came across this place. We walked by, I did a double take, and then we went back and went inside. The lady at the counter was SUPER friendly - honestly some of the best service I've had in a long time. We were very impressed with the food. My wife and I are picky with burgers, and these were phenomenal. We will definitely be back. Huge shout out to the lady at the counter - I'm so sorry I forgot your name, but you were great!! I'll be bringing some friend next time.

This is a new burger spot. But the menu is a bit smaller. The burger is so yummy and the loaded tots are addicting. Its very simple but worth it. Totally recommend. I hope the broaden the menu as I believe they will do great

Wow! This new hamburger spot substantially surpasses Shake Shack, 5 Guys, The Hook, and In n Out in taste and satisfaction! The hamburgers are killer! And try the curry ketchup with your fries.
