D'Angelo Grilled Sandwiches

After passing through security, my first thought was whether or not I had time to stop at D’Angelo’s before reaching my gate. I had time to spare and this visit turned out to be my best. Jomar was both friendly and insightful, particularly in recommending my order. Angie did a wonderful job preparing my Korean BBQ steak and cheese. And Julie made sure that I received my order quickly and with a smile. All in all, stopping to eat at D’Angelo was a great experience and I can’t wait to come back again!

Customer service for getting food, just went to a whole other level! Sabrina was professional and helped me with my order. I tend to be a picky eater, but Sabrina helped me out! Traveling back to Atlanta, THANK YOU SABRINA

The staff at this location is phenomenal. It's 0500 (500am) and they handle the morning rush at Bradley beautifully. They take Organized Kaos and make it look easy, fast, efficient and extreemly tasty!

Farhat, was running the show and the attention to customer service by far exceeded any expectations at 500am at an airport in Windsor Locks.

Why anyone is going any where else, mystified me, fresh made sandwiches, nothing frozen, to order, a bargain at any price.

Angie, Julie and yomar they was so amazing I was going to catch a flight I was even late for my flight and I say I’m going to make a quick stop they make me a chicken sandwich that tastes so good and they was quick at it I was the late person on the flight but I did not regret making the stop great team work from all

We have dairy and soy allergies in our family and Sabrina helped us walk through the D'Angelo menu to find something we could have! Food was great, service was even better 😁

Happened to come here early morning for a flight, and the aunties were super nice-- asked/wondered if they offered the bowls in the AM, and they checked if I had the 12 mins necessary to prepare even though they dont usually, and they hauled it out in time before my flight. Super nice and understanding! ♡

Customer service is still going strong here! They were closing and out of everything but steak. The staff communicated this clearly and I ordered a large Steak 9. (Cousin of Ice 9?) We were the second to last order of the night so I watched them let others know that they were closed in a friendly, professional way. They split our order without asking and provided amazing customer service, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome...at a closing take out counter in an airport! Truly impressive! I'll go out of my way to come back here.

I always allow 20 extra minutes to have the lobster roll here, every time, whether flying in or out! Easily the best Maine style (ie cold) lobster roll in Connecticut where the hot roll usually reigns. (And on its own merit, not just because most cold rolls in CT are deliberately sabotaged with celery, onion, and/or pickles.) Upgrade at least one size and you will have a luscious meal. I still can't believe this magic happens in an airport!

The twin lobster rolls is, somehow, the one restaurant meal in America which is cheaper at an airport. Sure, the lobster isn’t fresh but it tastes like lobster and neither is it fresh at almost any restaurant in Maine, they all use frozen picked lobster. It’s not the best lobster roll but it’s good enough.

I went to buy something from the grill but was told the grill was closed. I left and returned 10 minutes later to purchase chips and a drink, when I got to the counter, the server Jamika, turned around and gave me a sandwich from the grill. She said, “it’s on me”.
I tried paying for the chips and drink and again she said, “It’s on me”.
I was so touched by her gesture I returned to the counter after my meal and expressed my gratitude for her generosity and kindness.

Not a lot of seating space right inside, but there's plenty throughout the airport. Great fast option between or before flights. They have salads already premade and make sandwiches to order.
