Excellent food and service. First time Visitor. Full bar...great Cadillac margarita.
UPDATE .... Visited again. Love the fish tacos. Service still great. Small place but friendly atmosphere. Cadillac Margarita still great!

Great place to eat hearty food in a relaxed setting. I had their chili. I loved it, it was chunky, spicy, and flavorful. The service was great.

It's right on the main road leading in and out of town so easy to spot from the road. Parking can be a bit of a challenge when it's busy.

I try to come here at least once a week and get a burger, fish tacos or the fish & chips. The food is excellent and the beers are super tasty and very affordable. If you are spending any time in the Idyllwild area then you need to have a meal here!!

Delicious food!!!!!! My toddler and we enjoyed our meal! I got the san Francisco burger, and they got the fried chicken. Ranch is amazing. Vibes were chill. Servers were so nice.

Cob salad was delicious and the poke chip was a little sad. It look like an ahi tuna steak used for a burger but instead chopped up. The sauce was congealed and not great.

Food surpassed my expectations. Stopped in on a weekday for lunch. We had not planned on going here but it looked nice from the street.
The menu had a good variety. The burger was excellent, better than some establishments elsewhere in California and the Tuna melt was also very good - the bread was toasted perfectly.
Our server was new and did an okay job at taking our orders and checking up on us but we had to get up and go to the bar area to get our bill and pay as nobody came to give it to us.

Excellent play to eat at. First time here in idyllwild and stopped at the Lumber Mill for some lunch with the family. Super friendly staff and the meals were all prepared very well. The French Dip is a super delicious sandwich that has a awesome dipping sauce I have NEVER had before. I highly recommend sharing this menu item with your loved one or friend, unless you have a big appetite and take this sandwich on your own. The rest of the meals my family loved, especially the fries. Really good spot to spot by at get some great food.

We had an order of Corn Nuggets and a No Way José burger and Wild Western burger both with a side of onion rings and lemonade, everything was absolutely delicious, we will be coming back soon and often

Dog friendly and food was very good. Pricey but lots of variety on menu and delicious burgers. I'd recommend for sure. Waitress was friendly and earned a good tip from our table. Lumber mill

Great pit stop for us when we visit Idyllwild. Little bar but comfortable. Great service. The lovely blond girl was pleasant. Thanks for the beers. Hit the spot.

I've driven an hour up the mountain on multiple occasions now just to get a burger here. Before I found this place I'd had probably a burger a year for five or so years. I think that says it all.

I just love this place when I'm up the mountain! I love that they have entertainment on the weekends! Karaoke 🎤.

The BLTA on sourdough with a side of sweet potato fries was amazing. Everything about the Lumber Mill was excellent. The prices were good, the service excellent, and the food top notch. We also had the Wild Western burger with a side of onion rings and it was equally good. The iced tea was fresh and a great strength. We were so happy, we tipped the chef as well as the waiter. Loved it!

Yummy food and friendly service. I had the Bison Burger with Pepper Jack cheese and Bacon. My daughter their Tortilla Soup. Dee-ee-lish!

Cowboy chicken sandwich was one of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had! YUM! Great friendly service as well! Would recommend!

Seen here is the Pastrami Burger & it didn’t disappoint. (Probably one of the better burgers I’ve had on my travels... the meat patty alone must have some sort of magic to it).

Very good turkey burger juicy. Ribs that fall off the bone Soo good. Medium rare juicy.
