Salty Dog Pottery

We had a blast painting pottery. You can glaze it and return to get your pieces in 7 days but if you are here for less time, you can paint with acrylics and take home immediately. Was a good family activity. The people who own it was nice and accommodating. A must do while at in Topsail.

Great experience!! Friendly staff, tons of ceramic selections, no studio fee. You just pay for your piece plus tax and that's it. Choose to paint in acrylic or ceramic for glaze.

I think kids birthday parties or sip n paint classes in the future would be awesome!

Beth and Melanie went above and beyond for my Moms birthday party. As soon as I walked in to set up, they were more than helpful! It was amazing to see everything come together the way it did! They are so down to earth and professional every step of the way. The made our guests feel so welcome, and gave us a memory that my mom will cherish forever. I cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you so much for everything you guy did for this party! It was truly amazing. Plus the pottery pieces were all so unique and we loved watching each persons imagination come to life, Beth and Melanie made the process and clean up easy. 10/10 recommend

Myself, my Mom and my daughter(2) felt so welcomed and had so much fun! The customer service is awesome they walked us through the process, interacted and checked on us. I never felt uncomfortable for having a small child in there, in fact she was welcomed. Prices were reasonable for being its location. Will suggest for anyone on a rainy day/ inside activity and will be back!

Truly an awesome experience! I took my 17 month old and she had an absolute blast! There's a large selection of pottery and paints and wonderful staff! I recommend the experience for anyone wanting to get out and have a fun time!

We had such a fun time painting here. The staff was a hoot, and they were very helpful when we had questions. The turnaround time was very fast, which was awesome since I was visiting from out of town. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Sneads Ferry.

The workers there were so sweet and it felt so cozy being in the shop they also play really good music and it was a overall good experience!

Absolutely a must do for any family...easy drive from Wilmington and surrounding areas
