Ellicottville Bake Shop

What an awesome new shop for EVL's village. They bake an excellent loaf of bread, their sweet treats are delectable, and they have some great pricing. The facility was clean and bright, and staff were welcoming and worked well together to get orders out quick. I will be looking forward to stopping by on future trips through town.

Such an adorable place, as soon as you walk in it smells great, they have everything on display, everything is also very neat and clean, wide variety of breads, all the workers are very nice. the food is so good, we got a danish, some breakfeast sandwiches, biscuits and gravy, and a coffee. everything came out quickly and the portions are big for the price, very cozy and inviting

Wonderful bakery with a wide variety of bread options and daily specials. I am personally so happy that they offer breakfast sandwiches for quick take out for local commuters which is a welcome missing link in town.
They open at 6:30am which is a massive benefit to local business owners like myself who come through town early! I had the egg white sandwich this morning, normally vegetarian but I added bacon. It came on fresh sourdough and it was super! The sandwich was huge for a great price!! They have a rewards program which was a welcome surprise! Oh, I also got a muffin - also delicious.

Awesome new shop in Ellicottville, stopped with family while driving through and will be back. The bread was very good, the sandwich selection made a lot of sense and the chocolate chip cookies were delicious. Cannot wait for them to experience the winter, hoping they have a killer season.

So happy I stopped in for a quick breakfast! Beautiful selection of bread and other baked treats, clean and bright Bakery, and friendly staff. The simple syrup option for the coffee was such a nice touch too! Had the savory croissant which was delicious and brought me back 20+ yrs, when I had one last. Very excited to see online ordering looks to be an option soon, as that is perfect when in a hurry. Will be in later this morning for goodies!

This has to be my new Favorite Bakery. The Cinnamon rolls, and sticky buns are perfect.

My wife and I walked in and immediately were greeted with a friendly and welcoming smile we proceeded to order some pastries , breakfast sandwiches and coffee all were very good. Upon leaving we were thanked for stopping in. This was the BEST service we received while staying in Ellicottville.

We bought literally a bit of everything, the blueberry lemon scone was pretty good, not a lot of taste of blueberry, but you get the lemon at the end, the cinnamon rolls are AMAZING, the egg, sausage, cheddar buscuit was HUGE and really good , thick egg and sausage, could feed 2 people The brownie was OK, its more of a fudge texture than a cakey texture, the cookies are moist and good flavor. Got muffins, but haven't tried yet, they look fluffy and moist.
Overall a great place, great people and we will definitely come back. I love a good bakery, and this is for sure a good one.

The fresh bakery EVL has been waiting for. Absolutely stellar experience. The baked goods are simply divine – fresh, flavorful, and expertly crafted. The service was warm and attentive. Can't wait to return and indulge in more of their delicious treats.

We bought a baguette and sampled it immediately. It was perfect-chewy and can’t wait to try dipping it in some olive oil. Also sampled a macaroon with a chocolate base. It had a bit of crunch with wonderful flavor. Looking forward to trying many other offerings there.

Exciting new bake shop! Exactly what was needed in town. Awesome and cozy aesthetic. Great place to sit down for some food and enjoy the ambience or to grab some baked goods on the go. Everything we tried was delicious. Reasonable prices and great staff.

Found EB at the Olean Farmer's Market & tried the cinnamon raisin bread! It is INCREDIBLE! And GONE. I can't wait until Saturday to get more!!

Everything about this place is great--exactly what ellictoville needed! I'm a huge pastry person and I loved every single thing I tried. Definitely recommend for breakfast or even just a fun treat!
