My daughter had a wonderful experience at this nail salon today. Her dip powder with tips are beautiful. The technician paid attention to detail and did a beautiful job. She and everyone else were very friendly and the place itself is very clean and professional. I recommend them highly and will definitely be going back!

Beautiful nail salon with great results! I loved my dip manicure & no-chip pedi! Thi (prounced “Tee”) did an excellent job with shaping and making my dip perfectly thin (I hate when it’s too thick). Total cost was $104 with gel removal on my toes, dip removal on my nails, dip mani and shellac classic pedicure.

This is the best salon in Ankeny! We came for Mothers Day pedi/manis, walked in and got all three of us in right away! Service was excellent, even when my daughter chose a complicated nail design AND they gave us a cute Mothers Day gift! This is hands down the best service I’ve ever received in Ankeny! Highly recommend!

Today was Red! And prompting a well overdue review. The entire staff makes you feel welcome, greets you , offers a beverage - even a snack! They all engage in conversation and make sure you like every part of your service.

Today my daughter wanted Taylor Swift nails … they designed hers better than the inspo photo and we left with a very happy, giggly hey look at my nails little girl.

We love Ruby’s and look forward to our monthly dates!

Went here for the first time today to try out a new nail place. I was impressed that they accepted my inspo pic with no reservations. I'm so used to other places saying no to anything. My nails ended up exactly like my inspo pic and ended up being a great price. Definitely going back!

Loved Tina! Very sweet lady. All staff very polite. Extremely clean, calming atmosphere. I will post another review once I see how long my fel manicure lasts.
Update: 10 days later and my nails still look great as shown in the photo. I will try Ruby Nails and Tina again 🙂

Eric did my gel pedicure (the orange pedicure) and it was SO relaxing. Hands down one of the top leg/foot massages I’ve ever had. He wasn’t pushy and pushing for a conversation when I wanted to just cruise through some work stuff and enjoy my “kid free time”. Will definitely come back & definitely recommend. I go to the gym next door so was curious if the sound came through the wall and didn’t hear anything! So that’s fantastic. He also got all the mud that was under my nails from some slip and slide kickball over the weekend which was great. And did a great job with callus and cuticle removal. Thank you so much!

Ruby Nails 💅 is awesome! From the moment we walked in they made my friend and I feel absolutely special. The attention to detail, courtesy and service is above and beyond. We checked in and were immediately given the color palette books, offered drinks and snacks. Everyone is so friendly and professional. We are in love with this place. Definitely going back!

I enjoyed my visit to Ruby Nails & Spa very much. Everyone there was very welcoming and kind. The atmosphere was really relaxing and the salon itself was very clean. My nail tech Eric did a fantastic job and was very respectful. I will definitely be seeing him for any future nail appts.

Annie is wonderful. Best Mani/Pedi I have ever received in the DesMoines area. The Salon is clean and quiet. A great experience with perfect nails.

If I could give 6 stars I would. Lovely nail salon, very clean & organized. I go to Thi & she does a great job every time. If anything is wrong/breaks/chips they’ll fix it no issue. Highly recommend.

Oh my! The 3 grand daughters were pampered with mani/pedi (Christmas gifts) and they were treated like princesses! Snacks, drinks, same gal did hands and feet, so they felt very comfortable. Got them pillows. Thank you!

This place is AMAZING!! It is hard to find a good pedicure and this was the best pedicure I have ever had! You are missing out if you skip on by! Super friendly and this place is spotless. 5 stars!!

Love that they offer snacks and drinks
Other places have drinks but don't even offer them. A charge for the nail shape is a little ridiculous as I've never heard of any other salon doing this, but I keep coming back as they are the best.

I’ve said I’ve always wanted to be a Barbie girl !!! I can say I feel like one !! So kind , sweet , precise , and amazing !!! Usually when I get my nails done it hurts , but Van did an amazing job this was the first manicure I never have been in pain with !!! Will definitely be going back !!!!!!

The service here was excellent. They would keep checking to make sure I was ok with what they were doing. They were nice and talkative. They had offered water or soda and offered me a snack. They were all very polite and had smiles on there face. If you want a positive environment I would definitely recommend this place for sure!

My dad and I got pedicures yesterday at this new nail salon and the experience was awesome! The establishment was very clean, had great lighting and a charming aesthetic. The staff were very kind and attentive throughout our services. We were offered refreshments and snacks upon entering and the staff ensured we were comfortable and satisfied both during and after our services were complete. Wonderful nail salon with great quality of customer care!
