My word, I am sitting here thinking about my day and thought of one thing which was my trip to this location! You talk about an experience! EVERYONE SPOKE to me! Like what?? At one point, I wanted to ask the lady if I could touch her to see IF she was real. She walked up and asked if I would like her to take my trash.🤯. Also, they look like models or something. Seriously, you have to go here. OK, so the restaurant was CLEAN. At 3pm, yeah I have never been to another location like this. Nothing out of order, friendly staff, and they all look like actors?? Lastly, the food was hot, fresh, and tasty. So yes, this location made my day perhaps week! I can't wait to go back to see if I have the same experience. 🤣

5 star everything - the food is amazing, way better quality than other fast food places. The drive thru service is very fast and convenient, and they always get our order right. Easy 5-star rating.

I recently visited Chick-fil-A and was taken aback by the experience. The owner-operator was present and working the drive-thru, which might sound reassuring, but his demeanor left much to be desired. He was barking orders at patrons to close the gap between cars, which was both unnecessary and unpleasant. It is already challenging enough to place orders while rolling, but his tone and tenor made the experience uncomfortable. While I appreciate the efficiency of their drive-thru, I believe he should leave the customer service to the very capable teenagers who handle it much better.

I ordered breakfast and was greeted with a smile upon entering. Breakfast burrito and hash browns was yummy. My sun joy was good.

I have always loved coming to Chic-fil-a, but I feel required to share specifically about this one in particular. Upon parking, I notice how many parking spots are available for guests, and what seems to be double the Accessibility parking spots for those with disabilities. Upon entering I notice the modern decor that decorated every detail of this restaurant with a new age level of class. While waiting in line I notice an employee, Margarita, waiting as customer after customer passes her. When it comes my turn to be called up I notice her holding her personal cup, and I asked if she was waiting, to which she immediately signaled me to please go ahead of her. I respectfully refused so that she could get her beverage and meal for her break. At the register was the Manager or restaurant owner, Dana, who was very nicely dressed in her own wardrobe to take my order. Malia was the lady who brought the meal to my table and she was absolutely the most pleasant and courteous Chic-fil-A employee I’ve ever encountered! What really caught me off guard and impressed me on this busy Saturday morning was that when I came back up to request a refill, Dana called me by my first name and asked what I’d like to drink. It’s a little gesture, I know, but to me, it’s those little things that add up to big things. Thank you for a great Chic-fil-A experience and we will exclusively come to this restaurant over the south location which is much closer. Thank you all again.

I preferred curbside pickup and ordered delivered on time and food is hot and served with high quality. Also they give a free snack almost every week if you have their app

Great. Always fast and friendly service. They really have an incredible assembly line-like system going at this one.

Another quality chik fil a. I like how they have parking lots on both sides of the building. So you can always get in and out easily

Had the pleasure of receiving a curbside order from Nicolas. He was quite possibly the kindest fast food worker I’ve ever had an encounter with and he made my entire day.

Jack was SO helpful today - left without my drinks and came back and he got them so swiftly ! Love the service here - food was great, as always

I only do drive through or mobile order pick up so not able to comment on inside atmosphere. The staff are all very thoughtful and wonderful to interact with. This location is the best in Frederick and worth navigating through the Walmart and car wash traffic to get to the restaurant.

Really nice atmosphere! The people there were very nice and very helpful. The food tasted amazing, and the customer service was great, didn't mess up any of my sauces or anything like that. 10/10 would go again.

The better Chick fil a of Frederick! The employees are all so nice and I rarely have any issues with our orders. We have a big family order usually so im always pleasantly shocked when everything is correct and they remember to give us napkins and the sauces. Sometimes there are mistakes but they are quick and super kind to fix them!

The place was nice, good food, tables were clean, nice atmosphere, the staff were polite, and welcoming.

These guys just got it down food spectacular, atmosphere amazing and the food is the bomb.
