I love this shop the guy I forget his name is always helpful better prices then most plus they actually take the time to make sure your satisfied with your e liquids if i could rate higher i would ive been going to this shop since like 2019 or 2020 there on the ball with customer service

Mathew/DC is AMAZING!! I went in to see if my vape could be fixed and unfortunately it was damaged beyond repair due to a fall😔😔 but the service Mathew provided was exceptional! He's not only knowledgeable, he's a people person and takes the time to give you exactly what you're looking for. He even multi-tasked seamlessly while helping me to make sure other customers were able to get what they needed, preventing a line from forming. I came in feeling a little down but left smiling 😊😊.
