Thornton post office is small, but they offer consistently pleasant service. The same guy has been there for many years and is so nice and knowledgeable. Easy to park. Easy to get stamps and envelopes. Consider avoiding the noon hour as that can get pretty busy.

One of the best Post Offices I've been to..Employees are very efficient and knowledgeable about their job...Great customer service, very clean lobby and well supplied...

No after hours mail boxes they took them out. Put drop boxes back up.

Dropped off a package (with tracking) on 1/28/19 and it wasn’t scanned until 2/2/19. 1/30 and 1/31 were the only dates they were closed due to the cold freeze. Customer now believes I’m scamming them because package hasn’t arrived yet. What took so long to scan the package!?

Worst ever stopped my mail for a week while on vacation they never stopped it called to complain was on hold for 20 minutes finally hung up they don’t even deserve a 1 star😢

Mail comes late on a usual basis and mail carriers don't bring the mail to the correct address.
