Northwest Grind x Bubbleology

I took my 9 year old to go get boba tea as a suprise. She loves boba tea and was so excited when we pulled in to order.
Pros
1. Variety of boba tea drinks available.
2. Fun drinks- this month was an amazing pink milkshake type drink called 'Carnival Ride'. The picture showed sprinkles, red licorice, cotton candy, whipped cream and a little cupcake adorning the top of this drink.
3. Wide variety of food options. My daughter got a raspberry stuffed bagel. She said it was very delicious.
4. Friendly Barista. Our Barista promptly took our order, made a little bit of small talk and we were on our way within 5 minutes.
5. Fast service. From the time our Barista took our order to the time we got our order was within 5 minutes.
6. Asthetically pleasing decor. The menu was easy to read, the building is beautiful, chalk artwork of boba tea inside the coffee stand and beautiful photo of the boba in a circle.

Cons
1. 2nd drive thru lane confusing. There's a waiting lane and when the 2nd line pulls forward, one car from the lane can pull around.
2. QR code doesn't work to look at their menu. While waiting, I scanned the QR code to look at the menu. It wouldn't load the menu.
3. Out of boba items. My daughter wanted to try apple jelly boba and they were out in jelly boba and popping boba. Just means we have to go back again and see if they are restocked! ;)
4. Price. I spent about $17.50 for a stuffed bagel, medium boba tea and 16 oz iced mocha.

I recommend visiting Northwest Grind x Bubbleology! It's a fun treat, especially for kids. The food and drinks were very tasty!

The reviews about the wait are true, they get a lot of business during the early morning hours and around 5pm. Personally, I love coming here despite the wait due to the drinks always tasting refreshing such as their bubble fizz drinks and their red bull spritzers. Not to mention their lattes and cappuccinos, despite how busy they are, never have tasted burnt. The lattes served here have nice nutty notes. The servers here are very kind and can make you various custom drinks.

Always very friendly. I've had a variety of their drinks (boba, coffee, Lotus, and specials) and they've always been tasty. Great prices. Highly recommend.

Love their drinks! Especially the lavender milk tea with boba. We tried their monthly drink in the photo! My daughter ❤ it!

Wow what an amazing addition to Yelm! My brown sugar milk tea with the tapioca balls was fantastic, and my husbands coffee was TOP NOTCH! Also the food we ordered was delicious! Girls were so friendly, my new go to!!

Sitting at Dancing Needles Tattoo for their event, and they opened up their parking lot for the event! Had great service and was willing to cater the the next event! Good drinks and great people! Thank you guys!!!

Best coffee stand in town!! So many drink/food options! I ordered the strawberry mint bubble fizz with popping boba which is my new favorite drink, and the breakfast burritos are super yummy! Staff is also super friendly.

This drive thru coffee shop caught our eye when we were going to my husband’s barber shop in Yelm, we drive from Lacey. We love iced Mocha’s and they nail it every time. The workers are very friendly and the drinks are consistent (and delicious). The wait time can be long but it’s SO worth it. We also ordered food- biscuits & gravy and an egg/bacon/ched english muffin. Both were very tasty and hot, and we were glad they had utensils, napkins & s/p ready to go. We will keep coming back!

This place is amazing!!! They made me the perfect lotus drink!! And my kids the perfect Boba drinks!!

Great customer service, the boba milk teas tasted great, although I do wish the tapioca would be a little more firm, and the cake pops were also the best cake pops I’ve had. Not overly sweet or dry. I will come here again.

This bubble tea stand has so many options. The employees are friendly and enjoy their job.

Hands down, best place ever! Boba AND a coffee place in one, we are set! My daughter said it was the best boba she has ever had! They were extremely busy yet all of the staff were smiling, patient, and very kind! We will be back!

When we arrived the stand was absolutely crazy busy for being that busy it was not terribly long of a wait .. keep in mind ( busy and long lines are good ) if you don’t want to wait for a great cup of coffee don’t wait in lines that have 20 cars !! The customer service was on point . They expressed the thankfulness of waiting and for us just being there ! The owner was there helping and trying to just keep the stress levels low !! Our coffee was fantastic , smarty’s lotus and rebull pomegranate were just perfect !

90% my food and drink is great, every now and then I might get a coffee that's not as great as normal. But the staff is great and super friendly and that bubble tea is always good.

I have been wanting to try this place soon as I seen it being built. The first time I stopped in there and I ended up leaving because I was going to be late for work. The second time I stopped in there It was a half an hour wait but the coffee was really good. I stopped in there two times after and the wait wasn’t that long as the line was not that long. I haven’t been able to try the food yet.

I love this spot! What a surprise when I went for coffee and was able to get a biscuit with sausage gravy that was delicious!

Best beverages around! Bubbleolgy, Amazing ! Honeydew with strawberry gellies is my new favorite. Fantastic coffee and the staff are all very friendly. Highly recommend.
