Just like to give a shout out to Drake & Ashley, Drake is new to T- Mobile, I believe we were his first sale, he was great, they both were great! We were there several hours upgrading our phones, myself, son & daughter. The internet was slow with some issues, they were so helpful & we really appreciate them!

The staff is pretty friendly and quick just dont call customer service if you are having problems with your phone or home internet! They will tell you the same thing every time. There's always work being done to the towers.

Evan and Misha were able to help me out this evening with no problem! I was super pleased with how easy getting my services started was. Both friendly and professional workers who tried all they could to get me the best deal for what I went in for! Highly recommend stopping to this store location!

I walked in and was super upset because Best Buy messed up all of my stuff, but then misha, davey, Evan, and tiler came out and were super nice to me, and they were so sweet and did everything they possibly could to solve my problem, and they were so helpful! Misha was even so nice that she gave me her number in case anything else went wrong, and they are all amazing angels!!!

After dealing with customer care more times than I care to count and receiving no solution, I decided to stop by my local Sprint Store to try my luck there. Kelsey and Misha went above and beyond to find a proper solution and after working with me for a little more than a week, they were successful! I can't thank them enough!
