Great team of employees here at Gilbertsville Giant Pharmacy. After being screwed by CVS for the final time, i moved my scripts here to Giant. I want to make special mention to Jordan for making my day and taking care of my script transfers quickly from CVS. Thank you!!!

Every time we go here, everyone is very courteous and helpful. They don't make you wait forever and go out of their way to find the best price between your insurance and other on line plans. Can't say enough good things about them.

The pharmacists here are always outstanding. It’s not always easy to find a genuinely kind and sincere pharmacist. It relieves so much stress knowing how willing they are to help you in anyway they can and they are extremely knowledgeable doing it.

I left CVS because they're horrible!! The staff at Giant are so nice and they keep me updated when say a medication is not available and they always have it the next day

I by far have never had to deal with a more combative pharmacy regarding patient information relating to provider care. Any patient that requires any kind of authorization for a medication should not bother going to Giant since they are unwilling to work with your provider to get your medication approved.

Dropped off prescription and they lost it claim it was not dropped off dont go to this pharmacy it’s not the first time this happened
