Walmart Pharmacy

What a great pharmacy staffed with wonderful, kind, helpful people. I needed help with a script for my child, Kimberly was excellent at helping me get it transferred, filled and right away. Didn't make me feel bad for stopping in, was pleasant and extremely personable the entire time. This will be my first choice pharmacy moving forward.

I switched from another pharmacy to this one. I’m so glad I did! Very professional atmosphere and demeanor. So happy!

Always polite and always eager to be helpful, nothing like the pottstown one

Their prices are great and I find the staff to be friendly.

There is Never any help when you need it and when you do find the help the employees act annoyed that your asking for help (umm that's your job) they are lazy any not polite at all and I gave them a 3 ONLY because there pharmacy dept. Is very nice and professional but the store itself is a 1 ... I'm referring to the Bechtelsville location.

Absolutely terrible customer service! Lazy employees who seem to not care at all about customers who need help.
After searching for a product and then waiting in the to ask where a product might be I get an "I don't know" from the women at the counter. Then I ask an employee on the other end of the counter and she says "we might not carry it" then points in a general direction of where it could be. I then ask if someone who knows the products well out here could help me. She then tells me they are gone for the day. There were 5 people behind the counter! I guess no one is educated about the department they are in. Or they are too lazy to go and actually assist someone.
