I have used CVS pharmacy for at least 2 decades. I have recommended it to many people over the years. After meeting and being completely and utterly disrespected by the pharmacist at this location I will not be back. While dropping off a paper script for my child he took a phone call without excusing himself from the conversation that he had previously been having with me. He stood in front of me, completely violating the confidentiality of the individual on the phone and having an extensive conversation. When he finally hung up the phone, he carried on a conversation with other technicians as if I was not still standing there with a line forming behind me. I finally said “excuse me” and asked him if he had completed submitting my script and how long it would be until the prescription was ready. At this point he had a nasty attitude with me and told me that he had submitted the script and “of course it would be 10 minutes.” I pointed out that he had never completed our interaction so I had no way of knowing any of this and that his attitude was uncalled for. The pharmacist let me know that I should know that he is able to multi-task and that is how I was supposed to know that he submitted the script while he was on the phone. I told him that I do not know him, there is no reason for me to assume that he was multi-tasking and again, it was unprofessional for him to not communicate and verbally complete the interaction that he was initially having with me. He turned around to the other technicians and gestured toward me and laughed. To their credit, the other technicians seemed to be more in a stunned silence and did not commiserate with his rudeness. I could not believe the audacity of this man and his lack of appropriate basic social or customer service skills. Eventually another technician came over to diffuse the situation. I could not believe that this adult professional would be so rude at his place of employment when being asked such a basic and what I would perceive to be, reasonable question. CVS Pharmacy should be ashamed to have this as a representation of who they are.

I never leave reviews, but all of my recent experiences with CVS have been nothing short of frustrating and ridiculous. Since customer service is non-existent, I feel it’s only fair to give others warning. There is never enough staff in the pharmacy, the hours are terrible, and they did not have common items in stock. I also had another customer steal my cash back money. The associate admitted to seeing the women on surveillance video take it and told me there was nothing that could be done. This theft should have been reported and it wasn’t. Called the customer service number and was given a case number. Said I would be contacted within 24 hours. A week later and still nothing. Called back only to get the run around and another “we will call you back”. I’m not holding my breath. Steal something from them and I promise you that theft will be reported. Their lack of response has turned my frustration into just sheer anger at this point.

This cvs never has the medications really on time,drive thru always closed and most times they seem like they have no clue on what’s going on. And always under staff.
