Raven Hill Bagels

When you in Idyllwild, you MUST visit Raven Hill Bagels! I’ve got Veggie Bagel (rosemary one) with vegan cream cheese, and it was amazing! Fresh, crispy, nutritious & delicious! They have many other options, different bagels, and different sandwiches. Great selection of groceries as well! Highly recommend!

Today I discovered a fantastic bagel spot that gonna be my go to breakfast spot whenever I visit Idylwild. The ambiance is cozy, perfect for a relaxed morning or an afternoon snack. I tried the everything bagel with egg salad, and it was delicious. The bagel was super fresh, with the perfect balance of crunch on the outside and soft, chewy goodness on the inside. The egg salad was creamy and flavorful, complementing the bagel beautifully. Whether you're a bagel aficionado or just looking for a tasty treat, this spot is a must-visit!

This review is long overdue, but I couldn’t wait any longer while I sit here eating a hot pastrami sandwich that has transported me back to the best east coast delis. As a Jew from Philly/NYC, I often can feel homesick for my favorite dishes living in the wilderness of Southern California. But Raven Hill is my respite. Sadly, I cannot eat their legendary bagels due to an allergy, but owner Kristi, Travis and their team have gone out of their way to accommodate my cravings with gluten free bagels and many other options. There’s a never-ending labor of love and inspiration churning behind the scenes, and you can feel it when you walk through the doors. Plus, they now have a full menu, gourmet market and grab & go case of amazing snacks and picnicky items. Lest I forget to mention, they have the BEST COFFEE ON THE HILL. Don’t sleep on it.

The bagels are delish! I had a Rosemary sea salt bagel with cream cheese. 🤌 Hubby had a roast beef on plain bagel. Nice ambiance on the patio. It’s going to be our new must stop place in Idyllwild.

Delicious bagels and the best provisions store in Idyllwild. And now they have sandwiches and organic grab and go salads and coffee! Must try when visiting Idyllwild or if you’re a local.

The parmesan and black pepper 🥯 and everything bagel were so good, but I especially loved the parm and pepper one (anyone else loves cacik e pepe?). The chewy texture inside and the crusty exterior of fresh baked bagels were just the right way to start the day before heading out to the mountains. The shop was so cute, packed with carefully selected goods as well. So happy for this new gem in Idyllwild!!

The veggie bagel was the best bagel I’ve ever had. So amazingly fresh- from the dill bagel, to the cream cheese, to the delicious veggies and garnish. DELISH. You can tell these people take immense pride in their work.

You probably think I’m exaggerating a little, but I’m not. As someone who has spent a lot of time in New York eating bagels, Raven hill is very legit. My personal favorite is rosemary sea salt but every flavor is delicious and you can’t go wrong!

Their shop is filled with all kinds of fun, interesting food that you can’t find anywhere else on the hill like Rancho gordo beans, great dried pasta and specialty cheeses. This is the perfect place to pick up something fun for dinner or a picnic while you’re getting your morning bagel fill.

I’m so thrilled that Raven Hill is part of our little town! Absolutely not to be missed if you are visiting!

I've gotten the turkey and the roast beef sandwiches here and they are definitely some of the best sandwiches I have ever had. If you are thinking about going here for breakfast or lunch, stop thinking and go IMMEDIATELY!!!

I’ve been here 3 times already and each time my bagel was so dang good! Being originally from NY, I am a bit of a bagel snob and these definitely pass the test. Also, their coffee was noticeably very good!

This bagel turned my whole day around! As a north easterner, this bagel did not disappoint! Lots of funky and delish schmear! Would recommend!

A hidden surprise with some amazing bagels! Not only delicious by themselves, but they made for great sandwiches later. Although small, the store is well stocked with tasty and high quality items and the owner was super nice and the service was fantastic. Big Fan! Be sure to get the Rosemary and Sea Salt, but get there early!

There are meticulously curated food and condiment items that you can't get for a hundred miles or so in any direction. The adventurous home cook in Idlewild now has many more options!
The baked goods looked so fabulous that my wife and I almost broke our keto fast.
