California Street Park Playground

Shade, slides, bathrooms, picnic tables , lots of fun for children. Large enough for fun time and small enough to keep a safe eye on the children. Next to tennis courts.

A couple of older swingsets and a newer larger playset. There are also two tennis courts and a single basketball court.

Parking can be tight but for parties you can always park to the West on Adams Street and walk over.

Update:. Increased review to 5 stars. Really love the afternoon shade in the summer keeping it cool. Plus, my kids just seem to play better on this one. Our first choice park.

Some of the equipment is a little dirty, and the mulch could use a refresh, but it does have bathrooms! It's a little close to a busy road, but the seating is covered, and gives a good vantage point. Kids had fun!

The only drawback here is that the equipment is old and therefore faded. However it is all solid and more than capable of handling the best play sessions! There's a central play set with slides and lots of ladders, two swing sets, a wide open field with shady trees, tennis courts and a half basketball court. My family loves it!

We love this park! It's small but open, plenty of swings, and an old fashioned metal slide. There are a lot of trees that provide good shade AND bathrooms next to the tennis court. 💜💜

Clean park with decent playground equipment for my toddler. Surprisingly not busy on a Saturday afternoon!

Nice place for a walk or to rest on a park bench. Clean and safe area.
