Trek Bicycle Hooksett

They have always been very accommodating and even able to help last minute. I was having an issue with a tubeless valve leaking after a tire replacement and decided it was best to have the wheel re-taped and new valve put in. The mechanic was able to check it out right away and she had my wheel re-taped and set up within 20 minutes.

As a complete new comer I had more questions than I knew how to ask. They walked me through all the options, let me test drive them, and helped me make a decision on a bike I could not be happier with. Would recommend them highly enough 10 out of 10.

I went in with a flat and needed service on both tubeless tires for my road bike. A female mechanic worked on it immediately. When I went to pick it up, she also tried, at my request, to swap out my pedals but it was too rusted. SHE was great and made my experience so pleasant. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND HERE FOR ALL THINGS BIKES. They are honest, transparent in costs, and fast. I wish all bike shops were like this. They have a customer for life with me.

Salesman was extremely helpful. Listened to what we wanted and showed us the products that best fit our needs. Didn't try to upsell or talk us into anything we didn't need / want. The whole process was very efficient and we are very happy with our bikes. We will definitely be going to Trek for all out bicycle needs.

I stopped in briefly in early May just to get a look at some bikes before leaving town for a month. Matt gave me some good advice and offered to hold the bike I was interested in until I got back. Matt had the bike ready for a test ride and I was able to take it off site for an extended ride. I bought the bike when I got back. Matt helped me pick out a few items and did a tune up and I took it home within an hour. So. Happy with the experience.

We appreciated the professionalism of our attendant and his patience to answer our questions. He helped us to make a firm decision about our bike purchase. Great store in Hooksett.

I took a 4 1/2 hour drive up to Goodale bike shop.
They were the closet bike shop that had a Domane SL6 in my size. I first spoke to Reed earlier last week. He was super helpful in locating the bike in he’s shop. I was able to make the drive on Friday to buy the bike. I called back and then spoke to Nathan. He said they could hold the bike for 24 hours for me. Friday I drove up and met Nathan. He had the bike fully assembled for me to view I brought my petals with me which he mounted on also mounted lights and water bottle holders while I waited. Tech-support came back up double check the bike over completely.
I took it out for a test ride and love it!!

Ben at Hooksett wad fantastic. He was patient and calm and collected and helped me as a new rider get what I needed. Simon wasn't helping me directly as he was busy answering phones and helping other customers but when I called about my order he was quick and informative. When i was there i overheard simon speaking with a customer "A" (at a different store) whos bike got sold to customer "B" even though customer "A" had it on hold (at this other store), Simon made sure this customer was taken care of and I quote "dont worry we'll take care of you" immediately defusing the tension and setting it right shortly after. This is the type of customer service people like me dream of.

The service department is outstanding- fast turn around, and high quality service. Matt and the crew went above and beyond to help me get out riding. I flew from CA to Bow, NH on a fast timeline trip to ride with a friend, and arrived with non-functioning hydraulic brakes on my Stumpjumper. The service team tried to bleed them but could not (old, poorly serviced in the past). I was able to find and overnight some SRAM G2 brakes, and bring them to Trek Hooksett, where they installed and bled them and got me out on the trail. Bravo!

Salesman/tech showed me the best types of mirrors that work with the grip on my FX+2 e-bike. He installed the mirror while I waited.

I visited from Massachusetts, and the people responsible for this bike shop are awesome. I was testing a bike before a purchase, and I've never had a better experience. The bike was ready when I got there, they helped set up the bike equipment (cleats, etc.) and showed me some local trails to ride. I had an amazing time, thank you so much for your excellent customer service and attention to detail.

Trek has been the best bike shop experience I have ever had. When I lived in New York it was a nightmare to get good service.

My brother and I take both our YT mountain bikes here, and I also take my Canyon road bike. Customers for life, they are that awesome!

I got my new indoor cycling shoes in less than 10 minutes! Fitted and cleats put on by the great staff at Goodale's! I highly recommend them for everything bike related but especially for their knowledge with fit (of bikes and accessories).
