I showed up and got a replacement controller. Found it to be in a near perfect state just needing to be cleaned once I tried it myself. Also it is working better than 2 others I have around. Immediately I’m happy I was able to get a replacement and they offer a warranty on the used controllers. I had a controller going out in the first place and went to a different store. They had no controllers at all and then I tried out this one to be surprised. Also, I find this store to some better stock. They have about everything. I will be returning here and next time I will make sure to walk in through the Front Door.

I am floored by this man's kindness and customer service, just a very decent kind human. Very easy to connect with and it's obvious he treats people in general with dignity and respect. This is what's lacking in customer service these days. The customer may not always be right but they are still a person deserving of respect just like the business itself deserves respect.

I actually specifically came here for a PS4 disc drive repair. Kyle was quick to take a look at the unit & gave me a fair quote. He repaired it a few weeks later & let me know it was ready. He even returned it to me for the less than the quoted price. Unit is back home working fine now so would definitely recommend his services. Nice selection of games & systems there too.

Super nice guy who runs the place. Offered me way more for my trades than other shops and even bought some stuff from me others were not interested in. They have nearly any game you could imagine at really good prices

This is one of the best retro game shops in Alabama. The owner is a great guy and the selection of games is immense. Prices are what I would consider fair (at or maybe slightly above current market). Would recommend.

I was shocked to see the awesome variety of retro games available here. Never before have I seen such a plentiful stock of rare and hard-to-find consoles, games, and accessories.

It was great fair prices had almost everything. They just need more space to make it easier better for themselves....

Been living within walking distance from this place for years and never knew about it. Went to get a ps3 yesterday and now it's my favorite store and the owner is so cool.

I had the save batteries in some of my SNES carts replaced here. Did a good job with a quick turnaround and a reasonable price.

The owner Kyle is VERY nice and he knows a lot about EVERYTHING game related. My fiance and I have bought a PS2, PS4, 3DS, Wiig, and a bunch of games from him with no issues. If you have a question, he can answer any game related questions for you.

These guys are the best. Great pieces whether you are buying or selling. Very helpful. Very knowledgeable.

genuinely had a great experience. The owner is a very nice man that helped me find exactly what I was looking for. They give a military discount and have a very wide selection of games and consoles. The owner charges very fair prices, I know he sells at the bare minimum he can.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a question unanswered, and I always find something cool for my 90’s collection. The products are also cared for even though it’s cluttered and it seems like a hot mess.

All of my games have worked and been in good condition and even if it didn’t, I promise you the issue would be taken care of!

Bring him your game and console boxes too, there is little in the game world that doesn’t belong in Gamerz World.

Really good selection of old and new games. Bought a 360 and a game, they forgot to put the disk in and called after to get us coming back. Really nice and stress free experience.
