Stephen went above and beyond helping me replace a damaged Switch Lite that we had purchased a warranty on for my girlfriend’s oldest son. He was very helpful and kind and did more than was necessary to make things right after some struggle with a store in a different part of town, so I intend to be shopping with him whenever possible at GameStop. Happy is an understatement.

Great team. The manager is very friendly, professional and informative. If online has deals, they usually have deals on other items. Best of both worlds. This is one of my favorite stores! Clean, organized and welcoming environment.

He is kind and even when he's off work, he is still at work. 5 Stars is not enough for the time and effort he puts in to help his customers.

A great spot for local apes to spend tendies before or after a trip to Moon. They usually have a good selection of used games for such a small shop. They have a friendly staff to help you find the latest games and pokemon sets. Definitely the best GameStop in the area.

Derrick is a knowledgeable manager at this location. The rest of the crew know their stuff as well, only one seems to have a Lil bit of a attitude but besides that, this is the best location in Huntsville

Bought a used ps3 thinking it was only way that you could play PSNow (i know i know) and they took it back no problem. Some items may be cheaper online but digital games seem to be a waste to me. Give the real copies as gifts to needy or other friends.

It harkens back to the good old days. When you could walk into a store and hold the product in your hand before buying. Please don't go the way if blockbuster!

I have always received courteous service from Adam and the crew at GameStop; they are knowledgable about my hardware requirements and helpful in understanding my gaming preferences and finding me a suitable new game.

We will be back. They did not have a game in stock but the sales clerk gladly looked up other nearby stores who did have it in stock and offered to call the store and put it on hold for me until I got there. Very helpful employees.

There's a GameStop five minutes from my house but I make it a point to go out of my way to the Jones Valley location because Derek and the rest of the guys are hands down the best GameStop crew around.
