10/10! Avi and Ryan went above and beyond with their services! I called in unannounced, invited into their office to pick up a device to run some tests. Everyone in the office were extremely friendly and supportive.

Ryan went back and forth on the phone with me and even screen shared with me to troubleshoot my issue. After 6+ hours on my own attempting to resolve my issue, I turned to PSee Solutions.

They had my issue resolved in a few hours.

Just walked in and they immediately took a look at my non-working laptop. Took just a few minutes to fix. No charge. Really appreciate the expertise and professionalism.

I had already taken my desktop PC to Micro Center and TechFix in Westerville and suffice it to say that I had lousy experiences at both places. Both places had the PC for almost 2 weeks and accomplished nothing in getting the PC fixed. It was also clear that both places were trying to pull the wool over my eyes on what they had done. After those bad experiences that took up almost a month of my time I found a recommendation for PSeeSolutions on the Nextdoor app. Totally different experience at PSeesolutions in that they followed up VERY quickly on what they were doing and kept me updated. Rather than waiting weeks for nothing to get fixed , PSeeSolutions had it working again within a total of about 2 days. Turned out the SDD that the OS was loaded on was going bad. I highly recommend PSeeSolutions as they made getting my PC fixed totally painless when compared to the other two place I went to.

Am a small business owner who visited their shop as a walk-in. Upon entering, I was treated with great hospitality by Michelle before Avi immediately took and bench tested my PC. He determined that nothing was wrong with the computer and recommended my issue was either cable or modem related. To test the former, he gave me a free cable to take home and highly recommended I purchase a Wi-Fi adapter because ISPs can take 5+ days to replace defective modems. I followed his advice and, sure enough, upon returning home discovered with the help of my ISP that I had a defective modem and it would take 5-6 business days to receive a replacement! With the Wi-Fi adapter, I am still in business. Thank you Avi and Michelle! PSee Solutions will be my go-to provider here on out.
