KFC

It was one of the best fast food experiences I’ve had. Food was fresh and delicious. Service was fast and friendly. Plus the atmosphere was super cute with a very festive Christmas decor setup. Hats off to the wonderful staff who made it all possible. Highly recommend.

Nice little place for the weary travellers. Much like the original gas station and food service colonel sanders used to run. I’m very much impressed by the frying technique of this kitchen. I wish there are more authentic KFC locations like this. Staff forgot a couple items in the box, but very friendly and make it up for you once being told. People make mistakes, but it’s how you respond when it happened counts. Highly recommended!

I have had fried chicken here (Original Recipe) numerous times. I live 150+ miles away from here and pass by for work. I have tried KFC at more than six locations in northern PA and upper NY. This is the best location for getting the real original fried chicken. This is so good that I bought a large bucket of it and drove it 150 miles home where my wife and children agreed that is is the best of any we have had this side of the Rocky Mountains.

I was @ the Manchester KFC & the girl behind the register was really polite & extra nice for this day & age. Her name is Sydnee, if u see her say hello.😊 Hospitality is rare these days.

Manager guy was very nice.. customer friendly and helpful... Food was ok.. they forgot the fries that come with the tenders... The tenders were hard and a little burnt... That was the only issue

They ran out of extra crispy so part of the order had to be original recipe. It had obviously been in the warmer quite a while and not fresh. Most of the tables needed to be cleaned when we got there. Someone did clean tables after we sat down. The bathrooms were out of order also.

Food is pretty good for fast food.
Atmosphere is standard for KFC.
Service is something that needs a lot of improvement. Quite below par. 👎

I did not want to write this review, because of this restaurant being a new location I was really trying to remain understanding. However, the hour wait in the drive thru alone was extremely frustrating. The only reason i am giving this restaurant three stars is because the individual operating the drive thru window was very friendly given the situation. I’d be willing to try this location again in the future after it has been in operation a couple months.
