I would like to acknowledge my experience with Zoe at this location. My son got married yesterday and I’m not one for wearing makeup, so when my makeup arrangements had to change at the last minute, Ulta was there. I showed up at opening time without an appointment and asked for help. Even though the store was busy, she came to my rescue by giving me an impromptu makeup lesson and by recommending products specifically for me. Unfortunately I have no photos of myself to provide but she saved my day. It was an experience I will not soon forget and it gave me the confidence to be my best self. Thank you for accommodating me so I could enjoy this special day.

I’ve been going to Karen for about a year now and she never disappoints. She never fails to inform me on what’s best for my hair and the best/ safest way to get the hair that I want!

Zoe and Roxy both went above and beyond to help me, and were very kind and understanding. Thank you for helping me out! The stores customer service is wonderful and these two employees show how dedicated the staff is to helping people.

Zoé went above and beyond, she was knowledgeable professional. She’s a talented professional make up artist that vanished my dark circles gave me dewy skin look I love. With out the 9 layers of make up she gave me the exact look I wanted. I can write a book of how amazing she was, ( but I won’t) She went above and beyond. And I hope you find out for your self.

Went in over the weekend to buy a moisturizer and talked to Anita – she was wonderful! SO knowledgable about skin care and skin care products. Really pleasant experience. The other employees were very nice and high energy! Product selection is also great at this Ulta.

Me and my daughter go there all the time to buy presents and her make up. We love it

This store is always very clean and the workers are always helpful! Could have a more intuitive layout as it is awkward to walk through, but I don’t think much can really be done about that.

I love coming to the Plainville location specifically because of the customer service. Sophia was absolutely amazing. Every time I’m there she is friendly, helpful and always makes my day. The young man working was great as well. These are the types of people that make you actually want to come back to the store. Thank you guys!

Wonderful experience. The associate took all the time needed to help me with products and color. She introduced me to a misting SPF which I will be getting next trip into Ulta!

Had a great experience birthday shopping for my niece. I'm a single guy and I've never been in an Ulta before and had no idea what I was looking for. Stephanie greeted me with a smile (under her mask) and was very polite and was very thorough and knowledgeable. I walked in very unsure and walked out knowing my niece would think I was the best uncle ever. Thanks again Steph!!

Mercedes layered my hair and gave me the quickest blow out I ever had!! I was in and out within 45 mins to an hr. She did an amazing job! I believe it all comes natural to her! Anyone looking to get their hair done go see her!!!

All the staff members were SO nice. The cashier didn’t rush me even though there was a long line - she carried a conversation with me and realized my birthday was coming up. They’ve definitely stepped up their game over the last few months!

Went to Ulta on a whim. Woke up and decided to go get my haircut. Walked in and Cindy was working. She was so nice and patient. Told her to do whatever she thinks will look good. I needed a change. I walked out 3 hours later with a fabulous haircut and a great color! I am very happy paying a little extra than I'm used to and Cindy will now be my new hairdresser for life! I have very thick, curly hair and lots of grey and she gave me exactly what I've been looking for for years. An easy style that looks great

The staff at Ulta have such great personalities so friendly and bubbly.They are very helpful and welcoming also. The manager Lotaya is amazing love going to this store.

Was assisted by Chris, Carmen and Miglyza. I was greeted and assisted at one time or another by all 3. They even had a product I've been looking for and sold out almost everywhere. They made my purchase at this store a great experience I would definitely be back. Store was clean and product visable.

Great staff! As manager of an Ulta, I pretty judgmental when I’m a guest myself! They offer up help and help you make sound decisions. Love this Ulta location
