Hannaford Pharmacy

I have been using Hannaford Pharmacy now for almost 15 years. The staff is professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and always there for you. I recommend this pharmacy over the local pharmacies in the capital district.

Love the location and quality staff! I didnt have any wait time and I felt the pharmacy staff took care to insure I under my prescription directions.

I have been meaning to review this place for a while after AWFUL experiences with both local CVS stores. This place is AMAZING. The pharmacists and techs are super nice and will go way out of their way to help solve a problem before you even know there was a problem.

It has the feel of a good old local non chain pharmacy. They always greet with a smile and not only know my name but some even have my birthday memorized and I am their once a month. I grocery shop here sometimes and will just swing over to say hi because they are so freaking nice.

I would shout out their names but to be fair I do not remember all of their names and they are all equally friendly, humble, and extremely smart. They make a really good team and have literally made my life so much easier. I no longer have to deal with the ineptitude, unfriendliness, and corporate bs from CVS, and the stress and anxiety that came with it. It is refreshing to see the same set of faces every time I go there compared to the the revolving door of unhappy strangers at CVS.

I wish tipping was allowed and hope my insurance allows me to stay with them down the road. Great job Hannaford Pharmacy :) Thank you for being friendly, caring, compassionate and treating me like a regular human instead of stereotyping just for the medications I take.

What can I say, it's a pharmacy, they'll get you the drugs you need. They've always been nice and friendly in my experience, which extends over 10 years.

I had a question regarding my script, so the pharmacist came over. No introduction or greeting and she seemed absolutely annoyed for the whole minute we interacted. I was literally in the middle of speaking when she decided the conversation was complete and walked away. Luckily the tech apologized on the pharmacists behalf and completed the conversation. Never had an interaction like that with a professional adult before.
