CVS Pharmacy

Rohanie is always helpful and friendly. Time your visit to the drive-thru so you're not there during rush hour when the parking lot is blocked by drive-thru traffic. You can also park and go inside, so you don't add to the drive-thru mess.

This CVS is a pretty busy one at times, but all the staff here are super hard working, so polite nd respectful that I never mind the wait when there is one.

The cashier Alecia is so sweet and very helpful and have a smile on her face, she is very helpful, I love to shop at cvs when she is there.cvs needs more people like Alecia and Amad to work , very hard worker.

They provide good services love this store the people that work there is awesome❤❤❤

Excellent Service

Even though I forgot to click the link in the text that my prescription is ready for pick up. All of the associates that I interacted with were helpful, respectful and willing to get what I inquired about at the counter they were attending. I did ask the woman at the front counter if you sold distilled water.

I had previously complained about the garbage all over the parking lot. I just wasn’t used to it. It used to be pretty clean but now I see it’s not just CVS. It’s happening all over Schenectady and yes it bothers me as it just looks……ick. I also see that CVS has been keeping up with it periodically. I do pick up garbage all around my general neighborhood.
Now, when you go inside shelves in front of the pharmacy counter are just about empty and the dirt on them is wow. I even ran my finger over one to show the contrast and when came back 2 weeks later same situation. Wrappers all over. Does it get vacuumed and picked up on a schedule? Outside the window that parallels the drive through window looks like it hasn’t been cleaned, ever. Doesn’t anyone see it or care?
It’s just disheartening. I know I sound nitpicky and I am. I would just think you’d want your business to look good?
To end on a good note, the employees are always helpful and friendly. That’s important too!

Very disappointed. I am disabled with a walker and unable to enter the Eastern Parkway CVS. I have a sore left shoulder and i am unable to use the drive-thru. The handicap parking is by the drive thru, and the continuous line for the drive thru makes it quite difficult to get in or out of the space. Added to that there is a double- length of the store walk for a disabled person, the length of the store from the handicap spot or somewhere else up the ramp to the front of the store, with a second length of the store walk from the entrance back to the pharmacy.
My issue is that I was receiving delivery of prescriptions from Eastern Parkway CVS until recently when i needed a new debit card. I have the CVS app and loaded the card twice on the app successfully. The app aporoved the new card, which i have been successfully, but the Eastern Parkway CVS has refused delivery of my prescriptions, saying the card on the app is no good, when i have loaded the card sucessfully twice. Pharmacy at the Eastern Parkway CVS said I could only fix the situation through the app. Since i could not have my 3 prescriptions delivered and am not able to go into the CVS eastern parkway store, i had to have my 3 prescriptions transferred to another CVS. At this second CVS I sucessfully purchased something with my new debit card, so it is not the card.
I am reistering a disappointed review as well with the othef CVS at 587 Loudon Road in Latham. The pharmacist there told me the front counter would be able to help me if I made a purchase with the card. I did and the front counter said they could not help me. I am sick of and disgusted with CVS attitude of pass the buck and we cannot help you. These prescriptions are filled after great effort, but i still need my future prescriptions delivered.
