I ordered some computer parts off of amazon, everything was not included. I gave these guys a call, and he helped me out with the missing parts.

Absolutely fantastic service. I sent an email (from the opposite side of the world) explaining my problem & within a few minutes, I received a reply explaining exactly what I needed to do in order to fix it. Thereafter, Adam continued to reply to all my questions without hesitation and diagnosed the problem almost instantly. I have honestly never received (or expected) such incredible support. I have been there 2 times for support and had excellent service both times. Very reasonable. Fixed my laptop first in about an hour with very reasonable charge; fixed my cell phone in a few minutes, no charge. Had to go back and knew exactly what happened again, fixed again, no charge again. I needed 2 hard drives removed from the outdated laptops so they could be recycled. The removal of the hard drives was done in front of me, and given to me to destroy. The laptops and smashed hard drives could now be safely recycled. What a great business to help the community!!!!!!! Check it out!!!

I've been here a few times for help with my laptop. Adam has been nothing but helpful, going above what I expected to accommodate my needs. Adam is a complete professional. Brought my sons xbox in for repair. Unfortunately it was fried inside and was not worth fixing. He did not charge me a dime. Class act all the way.

Adam did a great job repairing my wife's MacBook pro. We worked with Apple Support and the Genius Bar to resolve constant crashes. The Genius Bar said the mother board needed to be replaced but because of it's age, they didn't carry the motherboard anymore. I did some Googling on the issue and found there was a component that needed to be replaced on the board to address the issue. Adam was familiar with the issue and, since it has been fixed, no more crashes! Thanks Adam!

Adam did an AMAZING job at fixing my MacBook pro! After dealing with the Apple store and one of their "certified apple" repair stores, I called IT Elite and Adam repaired my computer within 24 hours and was able to save ALL of my information on my computer, despite what the Apple people told me. The fact that Adam took the time and effort to come up with a solution to fix the 2011 Mac book Pro GPU issue is amazing. Apple was not even willing to touch this machine and I had given up on it. Then, all of a sudden; for $10 and a little effort his "fix" put it back to work. He was even willing to help when I got a little confused during the process; replying to my emails almost immediately. Great work Adam!

Honest, fair, and trustworthy. I had a 1 TB external hard drive fail on me with years of business and personal data. In about a week, Adam was able to fully recover all of my data. The reviews are accurate. I spoke to various data recovery services and decided to take a chance with IT Elite. Absolutely no regrets. My 2011 Macbook Pro has been causing me problems for the better part of a year. I tried heating the GPU and putting fresh thermal paste on it. That worked, but only for a couple weeks. I then ran into Real Mac Mods and decided to risk $10 on their software fix. I added on the $5 Customer Service Option which I am so glad I did. I am a big time novice when it comes to computer repairs. Adam was able to walk me through every dead end I found myself in. I performed the steps to remove the GPU's resistor and ran into another problem with my screen being dead. The next day Adam was still available to walk me through the fix. I'm now writing this review on a fully functioning Macbook Pro and am so happy. This was easily the best $15 I have ever spent on any computer related repair in my life. Thank you so much Adam for being patient and having the ability to walk me through what to do at each step in a way even a novice could understand. I'd rate them 6/5 stars if I could.

My 5.1 surround sound processor was having issues during boot-up. Wasn't sure where to go for help but I am local to IT Elite so though I might start there. What a great decision! Repairing surround systems isn't something they do every day but Adam was fantastic! He took the time to diagnose and repair it correctly the first time. Working BETTER than new! And at a very reasonable price.

My 2011 MacBook Pro started randomly shutting down and would get stuck on the grey loading screen. I was about to spend a couple thousand dollars for a new laptop when I learned about Adam’s fix. I sent it in to be repaired and it is back to normal again. Adam was prompt answering all my questions throughout the process. So relieved I have my laptop back for less than $160 including shipping!

Adam saved me $700 that Apple would have charged me for a new logic board. He opened up my MacBook Pro and took the time and extra care to clean the dust out of it, solving my black screen problem. Best $50 I ever spent. He also fixed my boyfriends MacBook Pro at the component level, which Apple would have never done. I will be coming back to him for any other tech repairs in the future. He also stayed late for me to drop off my computer and pick it up. I highly recommend IT Elite.

I contacted Adam over at IT Elite Computer Service after a power surge left my computer on its deathbed. He quickly diagnosed that my hard drive was fried, but thankfully he was able to recover all of my data. I'm now back up and running better than ever. I'll definitely be using their services again in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

I have a 2011 17" Macbook Pro with the dreaded GPU issue. I've had it replaced by Apple twice, first under warranty, and the second time charged an arm and a leg. When the GPU died again in 2021 I was considering scrapping the laptop. However, it is still working great for everything I use it for and thus reluctant to buy a new one.

I searched online and came across IT Elite and Real Mac Mods. Their solution is to bypass the dedicated graphics card so the computer utilize the integrated graphics only. This way the computer will work the same way as a 13" model. On their website they have posted all instructions with pictures on how to perform the repair yourself. If you are like me and not too comfortable with a soldering tool they also offer to send it in. The price for the modification is more than reasonable and the return time is good. The technician suggested I replace my keyboard as well as it was not functioning properly (known issue) and this was also done for a very reasonable price.

I am very happy with this service and I am excited that this very competent computer got its life extended by a few years as a result of this repair.
