My laptop was ready to be trashed, I took it to Jim and he said that it would take some time because of his current work load. I agreed to have him check it out and let me know what he found out. Jim called that it was the old hard drive, he replaced the drive and put my apps back on it. I took the laptop home and I was totally blown away with the performance. It seem like it was never this fast. Great job and very worth every dollar spent.

My aging Dell laptop had some issues that had caused me to think it was about time to replace it. Jim was able to suggest some needed repairs, both in its hardware (solid state drive) and software (Windows 10). He also assisted me in backing up a number of files to my Seagate external drive. Bottom line - my Dell Latitude is back to work!

Jim is very professional and knows everything about computors! He fixed the virus on my laptop and also did other work on it that helped make it easier to use. He took care of installing all the maintenace apps that I need to protect my computor. He also took the time to show me how everything works and how to navigate it. He has a professional office with all the geeky gadgets! I have confidence in him, that when I need help he will know what to do!

I did not have a great experience with Lenk PC Service. I dropped off my MacBook Pro because the screen needed to be replaced after I accidentally dropped it. One week later, Jim called to ask if I wanted a new screen or a used one because he hadn't ordered one yet. Another week went by and he called to say he was having trouble getting the screen back on and might have to ask for help from his son the following Sunday. When I didn't hear from him that Monday, I called him. He charged me for an extra hour because he found "broken screws" inside. When I picked it up today, the screen was flickering and I asked him why this was. He said "I don't know what to tell you" and said the screen will be under warranty for 3 months. So now I have a flickering screen and I'm out $499.26 three weeks after drop-off. What a huge hassle. I am very disappointed.
