I have used this business multiple times over the past several years. Each time I have been more than pleased with Andrew's speed, turning my computers around in a couple of days, his excellent communication with me during the process and his incredible fair pricing. I highly recommend this local business if you are looking for someone to just clean up your computer, remove viruses or even do big fixes! They also sold me an amazing refurbished laptop 2 years ago that is still running like it is brand new!

Andrew was very understanding of our computer issues. He took the time to fully understand the issues and made the corrections. He keep us informed of the cost for each step. Overall, extremely fair price for time Andrew spent diagnosing and repairing! We are grateful for his expertise!

Andrew is very responsive to all of my questions and provided me with a computer set-up within 48 hours of my request, at a good value. When I call with follow-up questions, he is responsive and makes me feel as though I am the most important customer that he has. This kind of service is difficult to find and most welcome.

So Google will only let me write one review... Who knew?? I wanted to add another review. I recently used Community Computer services again. I spilled coffee all over my key board - total disaster!! Key board needed replaced but my computer was old. Decided to buy a reconditioned computer from Andrew. He set me up with a great computer and downloaded everything from my old one. He set it up perfect - easy transition. So very thankful!! He really does a great job.

old review - 7 months ago - I know enough to be dangerous when it comes to computers. Community Computer Services have helped me out on mult occasions. When I clicked on the wrong link (yikes), when my computer kept turning off in the middle of things ( needed a battery LOL) and when I wanted to back things up (pics/documents) but did not know how (hooked me up with an external hard drive and taught me how to use it). They are helpful, kind, affordable and meet me at my level. I trust them.

Community Computer Services provides a great services at affordable prices. Over the past 5 years I have had to replace lap top hardware and treat viruses. Every time the knowledgeable team at Community Computer Services has provided fast diagnostics with a menu of solutions for me to choose from. My computer quit working just as my wife was in the middle of using it for Vacation Bible School last night. She was panicking. I began to look online and saw Community Computers near where I live. I checked the reviews and it had a great rating. I called this morning and explained my situation. I was told to bring my laptop in and he would see what he could do. When I took it in I also shared with him another issue I had been experiencing, my wireless connection was not working . He said he would really try to find out the issue so we would have it for Bible School. About 2 1/2 hours later he called to give the good news that the problem was just a bad cord. When picking it up he also told me he gave it a good checking over and tried to repair my non wireless connection for over an hour. He then told me instead of trying to go into the laptop to change a chip which could be costly, he sent me to Staples for a solution of a $30.00 wireless adapter. I was very impressed with my experience Community Computers. I would encourage anyone who has computer issues to check them out. You will not be disappointed. Also, the price I paid was very reasonable.

Andrew does great computer repair work. We have been using them for many years now. Its the only place we trust.

When it comes to computer repair or virus removal, nobody is better than the computer repair experts at Community Computer Services. They know their stuff with laptops and towers. They can also build you a computer to fit your own special needs. They also have a wide variety of great reconditioned computers at great prices and value. If you need a great website, they are experts in website design. I would never go anywhere other than this business for my computer and website needs.

Am new to the area having problems with tower computer at the time. Was advised to seek a locally owned business doing computer repair. I did and chose Community Computer Services in Alexandria, Ky. 41001. Did diagnostics as I was thinking problem with hard drive. Wasn't which was great price wise. Was able to clear out all viruses and malware. Saved my pictures and other personal folders and reloaded to computer. Also installed free virus and malware programs. Runs fast!! Also they gave me a week to use to see if incurred any problems. I did not!!! While taking care of tower computer explained how slow my laptop was. So brought it in. Was going to do diagnostics see what problem was. He told me it would be like a new computer. Advised me to use chrome. He saved my files and reloaded them so where I didn't lose anything. Also downloaded the free virus protection and malware. The laptop is brand new to me. It is fantastic!!!! So fast it has to wait on me. I would recommend anyone having computer problems to see Community Computer Services immediately. Very reasonable, courteous and explained things to me where I could understand. Excellent experience.

On July 12, 2020 returned to Community Computer Services to see if could do anything with my old laptop which was Windows 7 and it is no longer backed up by windows. Took it in and was told by Mr Burkhardt that he could install windows 10. I also told him needed a new battery hadnt had 1 for years I just kept it plugged in when I used it. He installed windows 10, installed new battery, added 6gb of ram to help speed it up. Scanned system for malware and adware. Called me that day and said it was all ready. I told him I would pick up next day. It was all up to date. What a great job as always!!!!!! Plus the cost was absolutely reasonable, in fact was way cheaper than I expected. I would have purchased a new one which was way higher than I wanted to spend.

I had a hard time figuring out how to write a review and this was just in addition to an earlier review. Don't know how to give him a 10 start rating but that's what he and his business deserves!!!!!

CCS has great customer-focused performance and the know-how when it comes to diagnostics and repair. I had issues with my laptop; Andrew took the time to explain what was done and why. Could not ask for better service or prices!

Excellent service..wanted computer cleaned up and received prompt, thorough work and freed up space by moving pics to our hard drive. This eliminated need for new computer. Very reasonable. You will not be disappointed.
