I stopped by the store and ordered my pizza and it was fixed promptly. I waited 15 minutes and it was hot and freshly prepared. Good pizza!!

Al always the meal was hot and incredible and the ( I think he is the manager ) young man with blond hair and glasses , treats customers like family and that is one of many reasons I will always keep coming back to this store

I watched a papa employee purchase a pizza and give the person the change in her pocket ......the person was cold and hungry and had been passed over many times that day .... To the female employee with colorful hair thank you on the behalf of humanity,it warms my heart to see some genuine love left in this cesspool of a city....You make every thing around you shine brighter so because of that Papa shines.....post script papa John's I have noticed feeds the homeless at several Springfield locations with out thanks from the public .....local papa John's thank you for shining and setting a example for more to follow

Came in from out of town, and ordered delivery. Pizza was hot, fresh, and was really good! Delivery was fast and the order was accurate. Would definitely recommend!

We order from Papa John's once a week. We go to the one on North Grand avenue East. I always order online so I can stack up my papa bucks and, I put my telephone number in for updates so they always let me know when my pizza is ready. The staff has always been nothing but super friendly and, very courteous. Our pizza is always hot and delicious. Thank you Northside Papa John's!

Have ordered from here a ton. 100% of the orders are timely. All the delivery folks seem friendly. And of course the pizza is delicious, goes without saying.

As far as them delivering what I ordered, 95-98% of the orders are perfect.

One time they forgot to throw in the extra peppers I ordered, I called and the next time I ordered it was fine. One delivery person forgot a 2L drink, told him it was no big deal but he insisted on driving back and picking it up for me. They forgot the side sauces on my most recent order so the manager sent over the sauces along with a free order of cheesesticks.

Seems like the kitchen might get busy/stressful at times, but if they ever miss something they're awesome about putting the customer first. I will continue to get my pizza here for sure.

I ordered via web, and picked up my pizza. I got there and it was incredibly busy, but even as fast as they were throwing the pizzas together, when mine came out it still looked amazing! I also ordered the brownies which were 10 times better than the brownies I tried from marcos a few weeks ago.

Also the staff was courteous, and she showed me my pizza and brownies before I left, and remembered all the special instructions (extra sauce, no bacon, etc.).

Very happy with this papa johns. I work here in town but live an hour away. This will be my go-to pizza place when ordering pizza while at work.

I ordered several pizzas for a work lunch meeting. Freddie was very helpful in helping me decide how many pizzas for the amount of people we had. He also gave us a discount for the amount of pizzas we ordered! Pizza was delivered on time and hot, by Jacob. They were both so kind and helpful! Thanks so much. We will order again!

Pizza from them is always fresh. Have had some minor bad experiences but having worked in the buisness i understand things happen, Their Driver Keith is probably one of the best drivers in Springfiels!

Got the NY style pizza which is Extra large with huge slices. The the sauce, the dough and the fresh ingredients.

They all work their butts off and they pump out orders fasters then you can pick them up. Keep killing it y'all I appreciate your hard work!

It was hot , good and fresh! We ordered pizza and chicken wings... Chicken wings were great! Pizzas were yummy yo the tummy!
