My second time having a hitch installed by J&L. Guy working there was friendly, helpful, and got the parts in in a few days. Pricing on the hitch mounted cargo tray as well as the labour performed was competitive and fair. Folks, if you need a hitch, transmission cooler or associated accessory, this is the place to go.

I called them to have a trailer hitch put on my SUV, and they were polite and very quick. My part came in within 3 or 4 days and I had it installed the next day. Very happy with the job and the service. Process started on Monday and finished on Friday. I am happy.

I was having problems with trailer lights for several years, had it looked at by a few different people but couldn't resolve the problem. Left my trailer with Joe for few hours and the problem seemed solved. 30 mins after I left the lights stopped working. Called Joe and went back the next day. Joe worked with my tow vehicle for a couple hours and now everything is working the way it should. Joe was great, once he isolated the problem he knew exactly what was needed. The service was great, the price was very fair, and the work done in a timely manner. I'll be back for anything else I need and would definitely recommend.

I had a trailer hitch installed on my vehicle yesterday and Joe did an excellent first-class job. The work was performed on time at a competitive price. He installs excellent quality CURT hithes that are as good if not better than factory installed for a better price. I would not go anywhere else for my trailering needs. Excellent job!

I moved here from Toronto 3yrs ago. I made an appointment with Uhaul to hava a boat trailer hitch installed. 2 weeks later on my appointmemt date I showed up to find out they didn’t have a hitch for me. Told me because of covid the shipment was late. They could have called me to let me know. I was so upset I cancelled it. I called J&L Welding and they installed a hitch the same day. Then yesterday I called them at 9am got a great price quotesee to weld a cracked crossbeam on my boat trailer. Joe did an amazing job welding it and even painting it. I picked it up at 2:30pm. Yup same day. Very happy customer 😊

We just moved to Windsor and our trailer lights weren't working. Garages wanted to charge me 100's of dollars to look at it.

J & L - Joe specifically - looked at it - diagnosed - and fixed my issue - and didn't charge me.

Place is close enough that I consider them a neighbour. When ever have a steel or trailer issue again - you can be sure I'll be here at J & L!

I just dropped off my trailer for some faulty lights. The guys changed the harness and didn’t charge me! Quick courteous service.

Quick to do a small light issue. Got trailer back the next day and wiring is excellent. Added metal to hold wires. Very professional looking. Price was very good considering the professional job.

I brought my trailer in to get the bearings replaced and the kid that did it screwed it up but Joe that manages the shop had it redone right and didn't charge me. Joe was very courteous, I would recommend them to anyone especially now that they are going to fire the person who screwed up my bearing replacement to begin with.
