My sons wedding was here on Saturday. This place is beautiful and the owners are amazing and so friendly. They went out of their way to let us have a beautiful wedding. It meant a lot. Thank you so much!

This is an amazing tap room and a hidden gem. Been a couple times there, staff are extremely friendly and hospitable. The place has a homely feeling, on certain days they have potluck! You get to meet the locals as this is a hot spot for many and get make new friends.

The beer is excellent and overall experience was phenomenal. I would highly recommend this place.

Great beer, beautiful location and friendly people. We've been enjoying R.S. taylor since we moved to the area and recently celebrated our marriage at the brewery. The staff went above and beyond and we couldn't have had a more beautiful location. Highly recommend for your beer and event needs!

A wonderfully beautiful brewery in the backcountry and a complete gem to see. The brewer and family are very friendly and hospitable and the grounds are breathtaking. Relaxing outdoor seating atmosphere—can hangout and talk with locals or find an area of solitude to enjoy the beer. Taproom is quaint and stunning and the beer is extremely tasty. Brewer known for English Ales, but the Sticky Finger IPA beats anything I’ve tasted in a while. Also makes hard seltzer’s which are wonderful—-get a flight with blood orange, grapefruit, key lime, and mango hard seltzer on a warm Summer evening.

Beautiful grounds. Plenty of space for groups as well as intimate, more secluded spaces to gather. Beer selection offers well made ales, IPA's sours and hard seltzer. I thoroughly enjoyed my English Ale. Worth a drive through the rolling countryside.

About Argyle
Village in New York State

Argyle is a village in the town of Argyle in Washington County, New York, United States. It is part of the Glens Falls Metropolitan Statistical Area. The village population was 306 at the 2010 census. The Village and Town are named after Argyllshire, Scotland. Many of the original settlers came from Scotland and settled here in the mid-1700s. German, Irish, Dutch, and Polish settlers were also attracted to this area. The 1800s found Argyle residents active in the Underground Railroad and abolitionist movement. Moses Kill provided waterpower for mills in the village. The early 1900s brought a library and running water to residents. source
