We waited a little while to be serviced but after we had an agent it was super quick. We brought our own device to setup a hotspot. Yvonne answered all our questions, showed us different plan options and completed our setup. In and out in under 20 minutes. What a breeze! Thanks again to Yvonne 👏

I received great customer service from Marlene. She welcomed me right away and was very knowledgeable on her services.. Came to turn in a phone and walked out with a smart watch.
Overall my experience here at this store was a pleasant one. Thank you and do recommend this store

Highly recommend Daniela me and my wife came in today with a issue and she had so much patience upgrading us to new phones and accessories. We appreciate the kindness and all her help.

My wife and I are traveling texas, we are from Colorado. We were having phone trouble and we stopped in the t-mobile store. Ale and Rene were and absolute joy to work with. Ale spent an 1 1/2 with us getting us better rates and 2 new phones, and clearing up some account issues. Your store is amazing because you have awesome employees working there. I wish I could take you back to Colorado and have you show them what customer service is about. Thank you.

Our experience with T-Mobile was excellent. We switched over from AT&T and Daniela C. did a great job in helping us switch. We saved a lot of money as well in the process. Overall, great service, great management and great staff.

Super nice female employee. She was knowledgeable of her products and very friendly. I left with a pair of earbuds and a new cord for our phone.

Daniela Cazares was the rep that helped me get a new iPhone today. I came into the store because I was upset I was late to pay my prepaid account. Daniela helped me find out that I actually qualified for a better account than prepaid. Something the previous rep a month ago did not do for me. When I walked in a month ago to switch from straight talk. The rep didn’t even bother checking to see if I qualified. Daniela pushed and checked to help and see if I could qualify for something better. She really seems to want to help. Unlike some sales associates who only care about making the sales quota. I came out with a better account and a brand new iPhone 11. 5 star experience thanks to her!

Walked in and was quickly greeted by Daniela C.! Loved that she was so patient with my husband and I she answered all of our questions with detail! That’s a big deal for someone who is switching to a new phone company, managed to walk out the door with iPhone XRs, Apple Watches, and a free phone! Great promotions going on with great prices, I do recommend T Mobile!

Ashley, you are amazing. You were very knowledgeable and you gave me the WELCOME feeling I did not get in the other 3 T-Mobile locations that gave the the run around. I noticed that other locations dont really like to deal with Sync up fleet business accounts and you did not object to the challenge and helped me right away. After 2 weeks of calling 611 going to other branches and calling 800 number with no luck, I met an impressive problem solver that made me change my mind about changing to a whole other company. Yes Tmobile I was about to call it quits on you but because of this valuable asset to your company, we will continue to be partners. Please give this wonderful human a recognition to thank her for her extraordinary work and give her a raise. Oh and the strategy being used on signing in at the other weslaco tx site and having to wait for an hour just for a payment on a account is not working. The guy signing people in is a waste of a paycheck. He could at least be helping customers that walk in only for payments and get them out. Please examine the overview of this situation and rearrange that strategy. Whoever came up with it was an idiot... Any how, I want to thank the two ladies in this site. They give customers a warm welcome.

We have the most awesome experience with Daniela T-Mobile employee, she had help us in so many ways, special on transfer our IPhone service from AT&T to T-Mobile and watch. We are SO SATISFIED.
