Carissa helped me make a return and purchase other items. She was so generous and really helpful. My experience with the store is based mainly on my interaction with her. She welcomed me in with the warmest most genuine tone and greeting. It was just perfect. Made me feel welcome. I had been here before and felt differently. Here is to Carissa for a job well done!

Fashion is always changing, so with that being said this is the place to shop for your teenager or young adult, because of their great prices!!
I do wash a lot of our clothes in COLD WATER & also hang dry (probably the reason why they don’t fall apart or get discolored)
HINT 😉

Staff is always FRIENDLY. Love that sometimes they are wearing the clothes from the store. Store is very organized and looks like they have it color coordinated.

Nicest Forever 21 store I have EVER been inside. All the clothes are so nice and orderly...not like other locations that you can't find anything because of it all being a huge mess. Super friendly staff as well!! HIGHLY recommend going to this one!
