Great job replacing the windshield on our truck. I was given a quote over the phone (best price and warranty that I found in the Green Bay area) and Jeff stood by it. He stated that the appointment would take 1.5 hours. They had it ready in exactly that timeframe. There's a lifetime guarantee on their workmanship. Clean waiting area and restroom. Jeff was courteous, efficient and professional. Excellent experience overall. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent experience! Turns out the ding in the windshield of a car I had borrowed was already repaired and nothing further was needed. They spotted this right away instead of taking my money they told me what to look for as far as when it would actually need further repair. Hopefully I won't need auto glass repair anytime soon but would go here first. Also had I needed a repair, their price quote was much better than the nationally advertised folks.

I have nothing but great things to say about EVERYONE at Precision Auto Glass. I joked with them yesterday that I have unfortunately become a frequent flyer with their business. They went absolutely above and beyond for me after a few unfortunate events with my windshield on my new car over the last few months and because of that, they have a customer for life. I can't thank them enough for their excellent communication, generosity, and kindness. I would absolutely never hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

These guys are really easy to work with and very friendly. I had my windshield replaced on my '12 Jeep Liberty and they did an awesome job for a great price! They were also excellent at communicating to the customer (me).

These guys were awesome. I pulled in right before quitting time with a rock chip that happened 5 minutes earlier. They were finishing up two other vehicles. I'm sure they just wanted to go home, but they got me right in and took care of the chip. With the freeze and thaw going on, I'm sure the crack would have spread. They stayed late and took care of it. My windshield is heated and only available via dealership. They saved a lot of money for me. THANKS!!!

Jeff and his crew got me in right away and saved me from a very expensive windshield replacement with a repair. In fact, they got me in before they officially opened for business. Because they were willing to do that for me, I woke up early and drove 50 miles to have them work on my truck. Awesome experience.

First thing I liked about Precision Auto Glass is when I called, I talked to a human being, right away. He was very polite, and gave me a very reasonable price and lead time within minutes. I had called Friday afternoon, they ordered the windshield I needed and got me in first thing Monday morning. The few guys I talked to dropping off and picking up were all polite, and very helpful. This is the kind of service that you hope for and then some. I hope I don't need another windshield any time soon, but if I do, I will call them again!

Precision Auto Glass was awesome to work with. I spoke with Jeff to make the appointment and John came to my workplace to make the repair. So very nice to work with and I would highly recommend if you need a windshield chip repaired before it spreads with the changing temperatures.

I was using my niece's car when a stone popped onto the windshield and cracked it in an area about the size of a dime. That same day her cracked windshield was fixed to look like brand new. I could hardly find where the damage was located. I am extremely happy with their work. Very friendly and helpful staff. Also, I thought the cost for the repair was more than fair.

Jeff and john are no bs. They will talk to you and complete their work at the same time. Very friendly and the price for a new windshield and labor was awesome. Best in town!!

Someone had bashed in my back window, I called and spoke with Jeff at Precision to get a price and when they could get it done. Precision was a reasonable price AND they could get it done the NEXT day! They also did an amazing job of cleaning up the glass from my trunk. (Hopefully this never happens again) but if it does, I will be calling Precision

Amazing service and friendly staff. Called shortly after they opened and they were able to get the back window glass for my car and install it the same day.
Will be referring and returning to them in the future when needed.

I had the windshield on my F150 replaced here. They are very professional and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them.
