Impeccable work! I had a pair of patent leather shoes that bit the dust, and I asked Mr. Shine to recreate them. I gave them the hardware that I took off the old pair and some paper cutouts as a rough guide, and they exceeded my expectations! They were reasonably priced and flawlessly made. They paid so much attention to detail, being sure I was satisfied with their work at every step. They have another pair of basket weave platforms they are working on next, and I can't wait to update my review with those pictures! If you have a pair of shoes that are falling apart or are made of synthetic materials that you want to turn into high dollar shoes, this is your place!! I'm so happy! It's so hard to let my favorite shoes go and now I don't have to!! THANK YOU, MR. SHINE!!

Wow, I am super impressed with Mr Shine Shoe Repair! During travel, the zipper pull and slider totally fell off of one of the compartments on my samsonite suitcase. I couldn’t find any clear resources on how to fix this myself, and local tailors said they couldn’t handle luggage repair, but recommended asking a cobbler. I found Mr Shine on Google and called ahead to see if they repair luggage, and then dropped off the next day. I was informed that they could try to replace the slider & pull, but that it may not be possible given some damage to the zipper, and they would keep me updated. Because they were unsure of the possible repair, I didn’t have to pay anything at drop off (I really appreciated their transparency!).

I got a call a few days later that the suitcase was fixed, and they were able to do the cheaper option after all. At pickup, the zipper teeth were straight, there was a leather reinforcement added to the end of the track, and the slider and pull were new and moved around smoothly. Their team is clearly skilled at what they do, especially for a repair that seemingly no other business wants to touch! They have beautiful handmade shoes on display in the store as well. The staff were kind and helpful both in person and over the phone. Definitely recommend for shoe, luggage, handbag repair & more!

After searching Fort Collins for someone to dry clean a recently thrifted suede jacket I was referred to Mr. Shine Shoe Repair. The turnaround was so quick compared to other places that I checked. My biggest concern was the smell of the jacket which Victor was able to make it smell so much better! I would definitely recommend this business.

Wow! I am very impressed and pleased with Mr. Shine Shoe (and much more) Repair. I had an old (50+ years) knife sheath that was just completely worn out. I went to Mr. Shine not knowing what to expect or if they could even help me. I was promptly greeted and made to feel very comfortable. I showed them what I had and wanted done. They asked some questions and made (an excellent) suggestion and away we went. They called me right on time that the sheath was repaired and ready to pick up. Their workmanship was excellent and exactly what I had asked for. The knife fit perfectly, and they even replaced the snap. Fast, friendly service with great attention to detail all in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them for any leather work.

If I could give 10 out of 10 I would. Mr Shine Shoe Repair staff were great to work with and very informative. They helped me pick the right sole for my boots and did a great job with the repair. This place does priceless work, and they have taken care of a couple of projects for me now. The latest one—adjusting my blue suede shoes to fit better and protecting their soles—required attentiveness regarding what I needed. They now fit great, and I am eager to wear them. Thank you, team.

The moment I walked through the door, I felt like wow, this place was going to take care of me. I had a golf bag with 3 bad zippers, and a tee time 6 days from the drop-off date. Despite being very busy, Mr. Shine came through for me, as my golf bag was fixed on time, AND all of the zippers were replaced; not just the bad ones - at the SAME price quote I received. It was pure customer satisfaction that Mr. Shine Shoe Repair aims for, and they receive it. I intend to use this business for all zipper/shoe repair needs going forward.

I highly recommend Mr. Shine Shoe Repair. I needed my cowboy boots resoled and dropped them off. I had them put on a Vibram sole. They told me about 2 weeks but called less than 7 days later saying they were done. The boots look excellent and fit perfect. Their work is excellent.

Had a pair of whites they put fresh soles on, did an excellent job, and brought a new life to my boots. Picked them up and dropped off a second pair of Drew’s logger boots with a heavy sole on them. Without hesitation they said they would get them done up for me. Both boots done at what I feel is a fair price for the quality of work.

Mr. Shine breathed new life into this old purse. I had them cut off the matching leather straps and add D rings. It looks great, was very reasonably priced, and took less than a week.

The guys are so nice! I took my birks to get fixed after my dog chewed the leather, the patch is barely noticable, and they were done in less than a week. Great prices, nice people!!!

I bought these shoes when I was in college. They were my first pair of fancy shoes and I wore them ALL THE TIME. Brought my Birkenstocks here for a foot be replacement. They offered to resole the whole shoe, or a less expensive option to replace just the leather footbed. They turned out amazing!!! Will do the whole sole when they wear out.... a little attached to them. 100% if you are on NOCO bring your shoes here for repair.

After a heel repair and a shine my old boots look better than the new pair I bought to replace them. Excellent service and a very fair price.

Super happy with their work! Took in a pair of boots to get a sole saver put on and they came back looking better than before. Customer service also lovely.

They perfectly replaced the toe box of a used pair of blundstones I bought that had a collapsed toe box. The result was flawless and the price seemed fair.

Absolutely wonderful!! I bought these boots and only wore them ONCE. I’m a tattoo artist so I always drop ink on my boots and it’s so difficult to get out. I used a cleaner on it but it left a terrible stain and dried the leather out. Mr.Shine was so affordable and my boots came back better than before! Definitely will be back

These guys did an amazing job! I don’t have a before picture but my work boots were on their last legs. They fixed broken stitching, resolved, and waterproofed in less than a week for less than the other place in town wanted for just the sole!
