The salon inside this Ulta consistently delivers top notch customer service and results!! I go in every other month for a gloss and frequently visit Jackie, Taylor, Danielle, Mary, and Nancy. All are not only kind, professional, and knowledgeable. BUT also completely respect any niche request I have (like never cutting my hair). There are so many other smiling clients in that salon, I just cannot recommend this location enough!!

The employees in this store go above and beyond to fulfill the requirements that are expected. I wish I could remember all their names because they all deserve some form of reward/ recognition for the greatness they bring to this specific store and company! I was having such a rough day and the employee just stops and looks at me and says "do you need a hug?" And I mean, as silly as it sounds...That hug helped me more than I think she will ever know. Thank you ♥

I love this place and I went to get makeup advice and received excellent care and a makeover. I came out a different, smarter, beautiful and informed woman that had knowledge about the extra information ℹ needed to address my daily makeup questions. Thank you ulta beauty

I happened into Ulta Beauty last week, without any focus of purpose. I was having a gloomy day and just wandering, when Toni in the Makeup area asked if I needed any help.

Toni, was wonderful, showing me different brands of makeup, showing me technique, and we had a wonderful conversation. Sometimes a stranger can feel less like a stranger and get that pep back in your step!

I ended up buying more than I needed, but without any buyers remorse!

I have been going to Michelle P. For over a year and I think she's amazing. She always seems to know what she's talking about, does a great job and is very fun to talk to. She is my go to hair girl, love her!

Rarely go into this store but it was Christmas Eve weekend and we had pics of the kids' really specific products to get. There was a fleet of employees, all seemed happy and energetic. We connected with a brunette young lady, who may have been a manager(?) and she was great- she even checked "in the back" for a product and found it!

Went to the salon to get a cut. Was super nervous because it never turns out the way I imagined. I showed Taylor the style I wanted and she did such a beautiful job! I am so happy!

I visited the salon yesterday for the first time and had my hair cut by Alexa. She spent a good amount of time with me in the beginning to understand what I was expecting and wanting in my hair style. I never felt rushed. My hair looks fabulous and I am very satisfied with the final result. Thank you, Alexa!

I went to Ulta today, and it was a great experience. The employees are all so nice and kind. When I checked out my cashier, Sadie was so nice. She saw me dancing and said I was a great dancer. She also told me some recommendations. Sadie is a great employee! ❤

I don’t usually do reviews, but I wanted to leave one for Nancie !! I went to Ulta beauty salon part this past Saturday for a hair cut they were getting ready to close but Nancie was able to squeeze me in for one last cut! She did an absolutely amazing job she made my hair look and feel the healthiest it’s ever been! I walked in completely defeated with my damaged hair and I left the store super happy! I just wanted to come on here to say thank you again Nancie I’m so grateful for you and I’ll definitely be coming back to see you ❤

I saw Alexa yesterday for a partial highlight on natural auburn hair. Not only did she take the time to help me select the right shade of blonde to compliment my natural color, she gave detailed explanations to why a warm tone would work better than cool etc. Such a warm hearted, and skilled stylist that I'll definitely come back to see when it's time for a touch up. She even went through some products to help keep my hair healthy. 100/10 adore her.

I visited today & had the best experience! I was helped by Star , her customer service was phenomenal! She was also very knowledgeable in each department we went in to. I was able to get things for my face, skin , hair and lips!! Another co worker also did help , I forgot to get his name but he was awesome too!! I am definitely going back.

I’ve been a client of Jennifer’s at Ulta for awhile. If the measure is the quality of the cut, style, and color and how well it suits the individual, that is why I’m satisfied. Add to that personal friendly frank advisement and confident answers based on training and experience- that is why I trust Jen with my hair. Jen is up on the latest trends and offers suggestions that I appreciate. This salon has good stylists- the atmosphere is both professional and welcoming. The place is spotless. So glad I get good reliable service- one less worry and happy time - is what we all need these days!

I live in NYC and, unfortunately, my favorite neighborhood brow boutique closed a couple of years ago, so I was thrilled to learn of the brow services offered here at Ulta. Every time I come to visit my family in NJ, I make an appointment with Kayla who does an excellent job getting my unruly brows looking tame and beautiful. Highly recommend!

I have been a client of Jennifer's for a very long time. She is always is very attentive and very knowledgeable. I always have pleasant conversations. She is really good at giving me what I asked for weather it be a new daring cut or a new color. I can't thank her enough for always giving me the confidence I need when I walk out of the salon.

Jen has been doing my hair for over two years. She is a beautiful person, and honestly, the best stylist I have EVER been to...

My hair has been heavily highlighted since 2011. I have always had issues with other stylists not listening to what I wanted and simply just doing what was easiest or what they thought would look best... Jen is the first stylist to not only listen to me, but also execute it PERFECTLY.

I use to come home from other salons unhappy (ask my fiancé- who dealt with the tears and melodrama each time). Now, I walk out Ulta feeling like the most beautiful version of myself with the exact cut/style I was going for.

Plus, she is FAST. I know this might seem like a minor detail, but if you have ever had your entire hair foiled, you know how important this can be!

If you're looking for a stylist who has incredible experience, is always learning new techniques, fantastic with color, executes the perfect cut, is fast but meticulous, and overall a great person and friend, JEN IS YOUR GIRL!

Jen has been doing my hair for quite some time now and every time I leave it looks fantastic. She recently placed extensions and I am in LOVE! The placement was perfect (an area that lacked natural volume), the color was an exact match and they look so natural! I would definitely recommend this service at Ulta!!

We recently moved back to the area and I needed a new hairstylist. Since I could make an appointment online at Ulta without a hassle I did so. I was lucky enough to get Jen and haven’t been this happy with my hair in a long time! She cuts, she colors, she styles and it’s always perfect. The fact I can pay with my credit card and include tip, as well as using my rewards points is a huge plus! The adherence to all of the COVID guidelines was also greatly appreciated.

Jen has been doing my hair for 8 months now. She makes me look and feel like a movie star every single time. I wanted a change and she has been carefully transforming my hair to exactly what I envisioned. While she could have just bleached me from root to tip she cautioned me of the damage it would have done. She is so knowledgeable and it's evidenced in every thorough explanation to my questions. She is gifted in every area of salon artistry.... coloring ,cutting and styling. And the icing on the cake... She is a pleasure to be around. Sweet warm and funny.. I really look forward to our girl time each month.
