For the past 2 days we've gone here because my mother in law is in Hospice and this store is on the way out. Anyway, each time we're met with excellent customer service and the food has been great! Today, we're at the window and a BK employee, who should be a supervisor in my opinion, says to the rest of the staff..."The Drive Thru is Important!" And we just stopped and said Dang! We'll be there more often now!

I respect the fact they stay staffed even though there are plenty of young folks staying home. They always smile and have a polite demeanor. I've had many conversations with their staff and I enjoy stopping there. The food is consistent.

The ol lady loves her coffee and I love Burger Kings. Yes, Burger King is known for its fabulous burgers and other delicious goodies. The food is always "hot" and the folks at the windows that takes your money and give you your food is ALWAYS friendly and very polite. The Burger King in the lot with Krogers and Bob Evans near the Fador round-a-bout gets an A+ rating from this ol broad. 😁

Great customer service. I had a coupon issue and Rod quickly dedicated his time to solving that problem on the spot. I also ordered a vegan sandwich and they prepared it correctly, which can sometimes be problematic for restaurants.

I have never been disappointed with this Burger King, crew always gets the order right, I don’t even go to my local Burger King’s because they are terrible Burger King New Albany you guys rock keep up the good work.

Not bad for what it is. Not sure where the negative comments come from but between 9p-12a I've ran into some of the best customer service in the area. Can't complain about someone willing to drop fresh chicken 10 mins until close and providing friendly conversation while I wait.

It's burgerking. Whattaya expect? Food ain't terrible but it ain't nothing to write home about either.

I truly like Burger King from there breakfast with the tasty hash browns that are nickel size to the crossant egg sandwiches to the famous 😘Whopper, which I feel in love with when my mom's best friend gave me half of hers, it just melted in my mouth and we've had a unbreakable relationship since then. WOW!!🤸

Came to Burger King after a bad experience at McDonalds down the road. The food was hot, fresh and customer service was great! My cashier was Nate! Thank you for my enjoyable experience.

best burger king in ohio. cashiers are super nice and quick. very hot food and fresh vegetables. couldn't complain.

The custumer service was supper good . the employees where very friendly , the food was fresh and its managment was on point. My cashier was Tim and he was very friendly yet respectful , thank you Tim and Thank you burger king for makeing me a happy custumer :)

Friendly staff. I did have to wait a bit because they were making me fresh Whopper patties. It was with the wait. Fresh, hot and delicious.

Love the original chicken sandwich it's really good and their fries are always good and crisp only problem is a lot of time this slushy machine is not working

B K in New Albany is 100 times better than the ones in Newark and Heath. Do NOT eat at the Newark/Heath Burger Kings, just don't for tour health.
