It's a great Wendy's! Service was fast and friendly. They were efficient and out all the requested condiments in the bag.

They were polite and literally had the web order filled as soon as it was placed. Nuggets were fresh and we watched them prepare the frosty.

I love this Wendy’s, they are kind, fast and accurate with the food! Truly such an awesome location and the sweet lady with short light hair at the window, she is truly amazing! Thank you for always having a smile! I will keep coming to this Wendy’s every single time!

I didn’t even get food, I was DoorDashing and the young man who helped me was so pleasant, communicated with me very well, and helped me out with the order. An extremely dedicated and helpful worker. I wish I got your name so I could praise you specifically.

Quickest service in the drive through at any wendys I've ever been. I've lived on the north side, Columbus, Worthington, Westerville, and been to friend's on the east and west sides of town. We all love wendys, but service is almost always an annoyance for one reason or another. This location is top. Best.

I work in roadside so I'm constantly all over Columbus stop by here to grab a drink and use the bathroom employees were really nice had no issues

My order wasn’t correct but I find the staff and they were very helpful and made it right. Other places I’ve been given a hard time when trying to get my order corrected. Great service.

Today my kids and I had the best meal experience we've ever had at a Wendy's, and maybe even fast food period. The younger dude at the register was really attentive, energetic, and polite. He got the order right (a rarity these days) so that was great. The quality of the food was excellent, it was "made with love" as we say. Even during our meal after the rush died down, the young man was asking patrons that were seated if everything was okay. Now, I was pretty mad at this point because although the food was delicious the fountain drink machine was out of its Coke products and getting a fountain Diet Coke is like 80% of the reason I enjoy these places. I told him that everything was great but that they were out of Coke. Within minutes he'd opened up and loaded the machine with the syrup and I was able to snag a Diet Coke before I left. I wish all of our fast food experiences were like this! I didn't catch the guys name but my kids and I really appreciated him.

Went through the drive-through this past Sunday a little before midnight after a 16+ hour work day with a 2 hour drive home ahead of me. My truck and trailer won't fit through the drive-through because of height, so I pulled around to the oder window. The young gentleman took my order, and as I jumped out of my truck to pay the young man, I reached for my wallet, but it was not there. He politely told me not to worry about it, he had me. 😳 I tried to deny him but he said the order is already in and not to worry about it. I thanked him and immediately started the search for my lost wallet. Before the food was done, I found my wallet between my seat and center console. I tried to pay with my CC but the young man refused and told me to enjoy my meal. I wish I would've had cash on me to pay and tip the young man. Thank you sir for your generosity and kindness. You've given me hope for this world's future

UPDATE: Third visit -- this Wendy's is excellent. I hop on 161 with construction to get to Hamilton Road, instead of Godor Road in New Albany.

Wendy's on Fodor Road may as well close. They had no baked potatoes (a little before 7 pm -- supper time). They always have some sort of issue.

Left and drove to the Hamilton Road Wendy's. Friendly, helpful order taker, nice cashier, fast food that was really fast -- including baked potatoes! And LOTS of smiles. I will continue to bypass the Fodor Road location to go to Hamilton Road instead. Great job, everybody! Thank you so much!

This is my favorite location around town. Very clean. Tend to get my order right, haha.

Excellent service, alot of manners from speaker, cash box and window ! I worked in fast food before and at wendys too. Who ever this team is , is good. Perfect way to greet customers, fast and fresh. It made me realize why Wendys is so good to go when having the crave for fast food bc you want to cook 😂 perfect service !

This Wendy's, by Target on North Hamilton has never let us down. Fresh food, great customer service, and that new clean vibe. This area seems safe and welcoming. It is a farther choice to use this one, but it is worth the drive. They have a top tier baconator here. Calories do NOT count when you've decided to get Wendy's. There coke was really good, too. Getting GOOD fountain pop can be hit or miss. They were spot on last week!

Hands down one of the best Wendy's in the area. Employees, managers, food, and service are on point. Food has always been hot, fresh, and the orders have been correct. Especially from what I have noticed, this staff consist of a much younger group, but they act and respond like they have many years of experience. Keep up the great service!!

This is truly the fastest Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. I go a couple times per week for lunch and always make it through in a few minutes even with a line.

We almost stopped going to Wendy's due to the one closest to our house being so bad. However we decided to start trying this one instead since it was close to our kids swim class. I'm glad we did because it tastes 100 times better. Food is hot and fresh. We now plan to stop at this Wendy's.

This Wendy's has fast service. The orders are correct the majority of the time. They employees are nice and friendly. One of the best Wendy's I have been to in a long time as far as service goes.

We drive out of our way just for this location instead of going to the one closer to us. The food is always fresh, and consistent quality every time. We receive exactly what we order and the staff is very friendly. Best location we’ve gone to.

A-1,soo kind, hot food, proper order! I love this new Wendy's right by my house. I've actually been having a watering mouth since I left from there last time, dinner, breakfast, my fave vanilla frosty, mmm! big lit up screens showing their newest deliciousness that I haven't tried yet.. my daughter was playing in their snow while we chose to eat the in lot, a very kind young lady came out and made sure a we're okay as it was quite late and said let them know if we need anything at all, hard to find genuine, sacrificial kindness like that these days.

They always put extra care in the food. Best Wendy's I've ever had. The workers are very efficient and very nice!

The manager, Courtney met us with a smile, took our order & even though they were very busy the wait wasn’t too long & she brought our food to our table. I like the new design of the restaurant with the high ceilings & the place was very clean.
