Starbucks

I've been coming here since I moved up to the Poconos. I like to order a lot of custom drinks to try different flavor combinations out. The girls and guys there nail my orders every time, The most I've had them forget is maybe cinnamon powder or whipped cream or something like that when they're busy. Having a good coffee in the morning always brightens my day, and they do a great job and are very positive.

This store is absolutely stunning! Everything sparkles! The staff is so inviting and energetic and provided an excellent quality of service! I have certainly found my new morning routine!

Although I’ve never been inside this Starbucks location & have always used the drive thru, I have to say, this by far, is the BEST one in our area. The service is quick, they always get the order right, and you can tell there is emphasis on how staff interact w/customers. Above & beyond friendly & friendly. I had the great pleasure of Nick taking our order this morning & his upbeat, friendly, engaging manner in greeting customers is exceptional! This branch should serve as a shining example to all Starbucks branches all across the state. Thank you for providing excellent service!

First off let me just say I LOVE Starbucks! Was never a DD girl. I love the coffee, and food options here. I can get oatmeal on the go! (My only suggestion is Starbucks please come out with a vegan breakfast sandwich. It's awesome you have a meatless option, but let's go a step further and take off the cheese and egg.) I always tell people if you want class and a cup of coffee your way without making it yourself go to Starbucks. If you don't care and want weak watered down coffee keep driving. And yes QUALITY cost money people!!! As for anyone who doesn't like Starbucks you probably aren't ordering right, simply as that. My go to drinks are: grande chai tea frapp with coconut milk no whip or grande ice coffee no classic 5 pumps hazelnut light ice and a splash of oatmilk.

I used to live near this area and went to this Starbucks out of convenience but the ladies there are so nice! They always chit chat with me at the window and put a smile on my face from both the convo and coffee. I moved to East Stroudsburg and I make the 20-30 min drive to go to this Starbucks because of their workers! Shout out to the girl with a septum piercing for the notes on my cups! They make my day!

Great staff, very friendly. Coffee was perfect. Didn't even have to wait long. Decided to sit in. Ample seating with USB ports and outlets for your laptops or any electrical devices. Free wifi is a plus. Plenty of parking.

JJ is amazing!! Every time I go through the drive through he is so kind, joyful, & smiling!

They were extremely kind and accommodating! I ordered at the wrong location and the gave me a drink for free. Made my day! Thank you

A nice Starbucks, which is a medium-sized location. Some variety of seating, some outlets for charging.

Nice staff, easy parking, and wasn’t busy at all when we went.

Great atmosphere. The staff is always kind, no wait. I only get coffee here, and it's always made just right in a good location as well 👍

Very nice, clean. Lots of seating. Great staff.

Didn't get food. Was just checking for the PA You Are Here mug. They didn't have them, but Julian was super nice and helpful when I asked about the mugs.

Baristas were kind and energetic and coffee was delicious! So excited to have a Starbucks in the Poconos, we'll be back soon!

I travel with work so have experienced Starbucks locations all over the U.S. but this has by far the best tasting coffee. It doesn't have that day old flavor I get from most locations. The staff always greets you with a smile and carry on small conversations to make it a personal experience.

Quick service and the chai tea latte here is a blessing

Just ordered here. Everyone was just so nice and respectful!! Nate, Ethan, and the wonderful girl with brown and pink hair (didn’t catch her name), were all so sweet and lovely!!
