First time coming here and looking forward to coming back. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Loved the chicken parmesean meatball sub I ordered.

I loved the food. It is way better than subway or jimmy johns. I would recommend going to firehouse subs and I will be coming again!

Man this place is awesome. My order is always right! Even with the short staff they really do their best to get your food out the door. They communicate when you come in and wait and make sure it’s right and let you know how much longer it will be, and I just really respect them for that. Because even when it gets crazy in there (and it does daily) they do their best! Good job guys keep it up

The morning crew all needs a raise they all helpful and I really like the customer service the guy with all the tattoos has he a great manger and knows how to help customers

Nice new clean restaurant with the Best subs! The bread is the best part! It's so super soft. The club and cheese steak are our favorites. Kiddo likes the meatball sub. It's fast too but never used the drive thru. As many times as I've been here never been offered the reward card. Looked it up and signed up on the app. Earn points for free food.

The food was amazing. I was actually surprised how much I enjoyed it. Staff was extremely helpful. I will definitely continue to eat here. So happy they opened one up in Kalamazoo. I would definitely recommend you to give it a try if you haven't already!

They have a classic selection of sandwiches (my personal favorite is the Italian)
Helpful crew who knows how to make your sub to order.
Best yet the sauces! Phenomenal job with selection of sauces variety out of this world.

Best damm subs we have ever had! I ordered a hook and ladder and I absolutely loved it. My husband who is a very picky eater and not impressed by many things ordered the Firehouse meatball and he was ecstatically blown away. He made it through 3/4 of it and thought it was so damn good that he wasn't going to throw any of it away and he ate every last bit of it. Staff is super friendly clean bathrooms very inviting environment. This has just become one of our favorite go-to places.

Always consistent good, quality subs. Nice, clean atmosphere. Highly Recommend the #8 Engineer, Fully Involved (but with no onion). We were big fans of Firehouse Subs when we lived in another state and were very glad when they opened in Michigan.

I love this place. If you forget about the fact that they have some of the absolute best subs anywhere, ever... or the fact that the prices are pretty reasonable, and the staff is always exceptionally friendly and obviously take pride in their work..... then you still have a place that supports the awesome law enforcement and fire department people in the community. This is one of my and my kids absolute favorite places of all time.

Advice to someone who hasn't been here before; consider ordering online. If you order in person it can take a little bit of time for the staff to put together your Sub, but not too long where I would consider docking a star.

I stop in for lunch at Firehouse at least once a week. Their subs are delicious. I can't categorize or compare Firehouse with any other sub place I have been too, they are certainly a league of their own. Full of detail subs, extremely flavorful, easy to order & customize.

Ive only ever had Firehouse subs twice in my life. The first time was when i was visiting Nebraska almost 3.5 years ago now. I have been hoping for Firehouse to come to Michigan and they finally did! I was super happy to be able to eat Firehouse again and not have to drive to Nebraska to get it. As always their subs are perfect. I love how the subs are toasted but not toasted to hard. Their meats are steamed to perfection! I ordered the Hero sub, and my husband had ordered chedder and brisket. I had tried a bite of his sub and boy let me tell you my eyes rolled in the back of my head with the womderful flavor that had entered my mouth! Next time we go there i plan on trying one of their soups

First time visitor to Firehouse subs and wasn't sure what to think of the place. They have a loyalty rewards program for everyone to join, I joined for my birthday,they give you a medium sub for your birthday, which is quite generous for a company these days. I went and placed an order for turkey bacon ranch sub, with everything. The atmosphere is energetic and hopping, the staff very friendly and cordial. When my sub for ready,they call you by your name and pick up your sub. The first bite was so delicious and tasty, just perfect portions,crisp lettuce and tomatoes, onions and dressing. I couldn't wait to taste more of this great sub,it was purely heavenly. One of the best subs I've ever tasted, I will definitely be back for more Firehouse subs!!!

Fantastic subs that always taste great, friendly and helpful staff, plus they’re open late! What’s not to love? They also have a drive thru. Please round up your change to donate to first responders, it makes a difference! In 2019 they donated $930,000, wow!!

First time here and not disappointed. Subs were awesome, great portion size for the money. Kid meals were really good too, and my son loved the Fireman hat. I'll be back for sure!
