Penn Station East Coast Subs

We usually get our food and go to the office and eat. On this day we decided to eat in the store. Joy and her team took care of us. They brought our food out to our table.. it look so good we had to take a picture.

A large veggie with all the toppings and a little mayo… this is the best sandwich in town!

My husband and I drive 20 minutes to go here at least once a week. Highly recommend the Philly! The fries are awesome and abundant. Love the lil extra in the bag and with malt vinegar, just like the fair! 😉
It's also a fave with my son and daughter in law who recommend the Italian, which I would try if it wasn't for that Philly! I am sure I wouldn't be disappointed with anything I ordered. The staff is always attentive and accommodating. Think I have to make a trip tonight!! 💓

One of the best subs you can get. Been going here for years. Great bread, great ingredients, and it's consistently that way. They toast it up and it makes everything come together. Fresh lemonade and cookies. I like to get the big sub and make 2 meals of it, because you will want more. Relatively fast since they make and cook it as you order. Staff is always different but the food stays the same. Also, having travelled slot it does have an easy coast vibe to the food. Thicker cuts on meats, chopped, seasoned, goodness. Highly recommend.

Hanna did a great job, in showing great customer service with follow thru, I had a company party I needed a meal provided for and she took time and got manager approval in less than 24hours to make that happen, which they typically don’t do, the day Manager Chris was awesome he allowed me to come in a lil bit earlier prior to opening to make sure I received my order for my meeting on time and helped me take it to the car!! Highly suggest the West Main location, clean store and great customer service and food was delicious 😋

They were very courteous. I got there an half hr. Before close they were still great. Food was the best I've had in awhile. Thank you Penn station.

The Italian sandwich, hot, is sooo good. Hand cut fries that somehow taste better than five guys fries...

The smells will hook you, the sandwiches will seal the deal, and the fries are a must😘🤌

Every time I come in for lunch, it's a great experience. The employees are very friendly and the sub I always get is very tasty.

Where to begin.
From the moment I walked in I felt welcome due to the immediate greetings from all staff. The food was prepared fresh from scratch, all the ingredients are prepped each morning for optimum deliciousness. Ray B and Josh H were both very friendly and nice at the cash register, and took the time to explain the answers when I had questions. Thank you Penn Station on W. Main! I'll definitely be back soon.

Always super fast. Very polite staff. The 1 time my food took a little longer than expected they brought us each a cookie for the inconvenience. If you're looking for a quick bite I don't think you can go wrong here they make so many great subs. If you want to customize you can I do and never had an issue.

I'm not ever disappointed eating here. Who doesn't like a warm sub loaded with goodness... mmm mmm! We had the chicken parm, and the steak cheese and veggies. Definitely get the pizza sauce. I wasn't sure until I tried it: YUM!! Friendly service, and we weren't waiting long at all. We get the 9in to save a portion for later. Fries: they always give a little extra 😋. My favorite sub spot!!!!

We ordered lunch for our moving crew of 17 guys. We were able to place our order of 17 different subs, chips, fries, cookies and drinks using their online ordering service and it was fast, simple and very user-friendly! They had our order ready for pick up in 45 minutes and everything was accurate! The staff was very friendly and diligent in checking everything off of our order! Great job!

I bought lunch for myself and a colleague. The food was great, both the sandwich and the fries! Soft drink was on point considering most restaurants don't have their foundation drink syrup ratios right. My colleague really loved the lemonade. Staff was very friendly and overly considerate. My only suggestion is that they should acknowledge you in line by saying that they'll be right with you instead of just ignoring you. Will come back.

Like many pregnant women, I get cravings. Mostly sweet/sour like Penn Station's lemonade. Tastes like lemonade from a fair and nostalgia is my favorite emotion. Tonight, as I was driving and the craving hit. Pulled in to Penn Station to get my fix and there was a sign on the door that they were closing immediately due to staffing. This is completely understandable but I decided to do my best to persuade the employees inside cleaning to open the doors just to get my lemonade. The gracious gentleman and young lady inside allowed me to indulge my craving and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire interaction. 5 stars to them both!

The young gentleman was wonderful. So pleasant! Food was amazingly fresh. Never been here but I’ll be back. Pleasant lobby, 10 stars

I stopped in for a sub on July 5th around 5:30 and was greeted with friendliness, Ordered my sub and while it was being made i asked the employee if I could add extra mayo, but it was too late,it already went through the sub oven, I said no problem, it was my bad I forgot, a few minutes later the employee handed me my bag and said I made you another one with extra mayo. It was so sweet, he didn't have to since it was my mistake. That gesture made my evening and I really appreciated the wonderful customer service.
