I am brand new to fly fishing and was gifted an old rod and reel by a family member. I spoke to Karlena and she was extremely helpful! She took her time to explain the types of line, flies, and any equipment I may need to get started in a way that was not intimidating and easy for me to understand. She even took the time to spoil up my reel with the line I purchased. I’ve never left a google review for anything before but the experience I had at Orvis today blew me away and I wish more places were like this. I HIGHLY recommend!!!

Walked in with my son and had a wonderful customer experience. Ryan S. was phenomenal. Answered all questions and made sure we felt welcomed. Great to see from the other reviews that this store has a good culture and environment for employees and customers. That goes a long way.

Came in just to look around, had some cheap starter fishing gear and wanted to get an idea of what to expect. We were greeted by incredibly friendly and passionate staff- I wish I could remember the names of who helped us but they were fantastic and clearly knew their sport. They took time to select flies us to fish, along with areas to start on, and a ton of knowledge. We took their advice and caught several fish over the weekend using the flies they recommended. I could not recommend these folks enough, we will certainly be back to buy gear and take their classes.

Great staff! Great products! I recently got back into fly fishing and took fly fishing 101 & 201 with Chris & CJ. They did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend them and the classes. It's a great introduction to the sport!

Absoutley perfect the store was organized easy to find everything the staff was absoultley amazing ordered a fly rod wasn't in stock but 10 foot 5 wt hard to find they ordered it hazel free to do cant wait to go back

Great store. Tons of merchandise. Well laid out. I wanted to buy way more than I did. I think that I will make this my stand by. When I have free time I will go back and look around. I hate to shop but this is the kind of shopping that I can tolerate.

Great quality apparel and good selections of dog accessories. Prices can be a little higher than other places but the quality of items makes up for it.
