WOW. It’s rare you find someone as charismatic, patient, and kind as David. He was absolutely awesome and made my experience so personable, relaxing, and pleasant. I had just been to another T-mobile and the associate was not helpful at all- he seemed to not care about a sale in the slightest. David was the complete opposite and ensured that I purchased my new iPhone through T-mobile and not through a competitor. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, I trusted him to have my best interests at heart, and he endlessly made fun of me for how disgusting my phone case was (which was hilarious and much needed- I groom dogs and there was dog hair in it 🤮). The store was bright, clean, and organized and the atmosphere was 1000 fold more positive than the other location that I went to. Michael was also working the night I came in, and he was very nice and helpful as well. THESE GUYS EARN EVERY 5 STAR REVIEW THEY GET!! They truly stick out in their ability to provide a top notch customer experience!! Thank you so much David!

I had a wonderful experience at T-Mobile on October 16th. I went to pick up my iPhone replacement and to get my apple watch paired with the new phone. T-Mobile Expert Jayne was very knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and courteous, as this process took quite a while. The place was quite busy, and she dealt with many customers while continually coming back to me to update my own situation. She was so nice, especially considering all the stress she was under with many customers. She really was amazing! What a fantastic employee for T-Mobile!

My husband and I needed some advice on updating our iPhones on our T-Mobile service. We were helped by Michael Thurman, and he was fantastic. He explained all our options and made a few suggestions that clarified what we might want to do. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable and also showed great concern that we get the updates that would serve us best. We've always had great service at this T-Mobile location. All of the experts have been very helpful and kind, so we highly recommend this store to anyone looking for good service with their equipment. I’ve been here several times, and every time I come, this feels like one of the most helpful locations around. Some places, you have to worry about getting a good staff, but this one seems to have all good staff and good management. It’s also a corporate store, which is for sure a positive. Thanks for being my home store!

Hate to see these negative reviews because we had a fantastic experience at this location. We worked with Jayne and the manager Melody after we had issues from an online phone purchase. Jayne spent hours making sure everything was set up correctly as we were coming from another cell phone provider. We had great customer service. Jayne gave us her number to text if we had any issues. We had multiple lines being switched over and Jayne made sure everything was correctly switched over. She called us to make sure our service was working and I even got a text from her the next morning making sure we didn’t have any additional issues. Melody was also a great help making sure we transitioned from our other carrier! We have been beyond impressed with our customer service experience at this location.

Jayne went above and beyond to handle my complicated 5 phone and one watch family plan conversion from ATT. I don’t normally leave reviews, so you know she left a great first impression for me with T-Mobile.

Went in today and met with Tito, who went above and beyond to help us out. He was patient and very pleasant. I couldn't end the day without thanking Jo.W, Mobile Expert, congratulations to the store for having an excellent representative, I went for the loss of my Samsung watch and ended up with a new phone, watch and accessories. Education, patience and seeking to meet my needs. I've had bad experiences before mind, where they didn't ask questions or were in a rush to leave. But with Jo.W I felt like a totally satisfied customer.

I am not happy with T-Mobile but I am very happy with the support I received from Bert and Nyah. I have been struggling with T-Mobile for over a year after my partner passed away and was getting no where.

I was at my wits end after trying to get my phone unlocked for over a year. Nyah helped me initiate the process and after being disappointed yet again Bert saved the day!

I was able to get my phone unlocked and successfully switch over to my new service.

I will never get service with T-Mobile again but I really wanted to spotlight these employees who went above and beyond to help me.

I came in trying to return my new phone after the buyers remorse period had passed. After explaining my situation with Melody, the store manager, she was more than willing to override that policy out of the kindness of her heart and allowed me to return my phone. As we were on the phone with the customer care team, we found out that managers can’t override it anymore, so we worked on a solution together to get my phone bill down. She was patient with me and was detailed in explaining different policies, plans and writing out the math. A month prior, I visited the same store and was helped by David who was very nice & attentive. This store has a rockstar team & I will be recommending it to my friends & family!

Probably the best store I’ve ever been to everyone is knowledgeable aside from the other experiences customers have had mine was phenomenal thank you to the team and their leaders they truly made my experience the best

Tito helped me set up my phone, iPads, air pods, and Apple Watch, all in ONE afternoon! He is so friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and quick that it totally changed my outlook on going into the Tmobile store! If I ever have any questions he’s always available, and always willing to help me solve any issues I may be having! I would send anyone and everyone to him!

I went in there with a very complex problem with my apple watch. I had previously visited 3 t mobile stores and an apple store. All of them knew no solution. Long story short Michael T was able to help me and see it to complete resolution. Took him a good 2+ hours but he patiently took me through the steps and figured it out. Extremely satisfied with the service.
