They kept my things safe for me for 2 years. Very spacious and very clean. The manager is super nice and helpful. The trash cans were always clean when you needed to throw away things. I paid online, much cheaper that way.

The purchase of renting a space was easy and so was the process of getting the lock and starting to fill up the unit. I was really happy to see that a moving cart was provided. Makes loading and moving items into the storage unit nice and easy.

I chose Extra Space Storage due to their extremely economical monthly rents and their close proximity to where I was staying. Once I sent my inquiry over online Curtis called me right away to answer any questions I may have had and to get me set up with a unit. He was really pleasant to deal with. I was set up with a unit in a matter of minutes. When it came time for me to move things into the unit, in my head I thought I'd drive right up to the unit number & throw my things in there, however this wasn't the case. I wasn't aware of the individual buildings that were lettered, in addition to being numbered. And I wasn't aware that we had to go INSIDE of the buildings to get to the storage unit. It was kind of stressful having not known this - it would be a HUGE help to future customers to maybe provide a site map with their lettered building & their unit circled? Just a thought. However, when I was freaking out & called Curtis and left a message a little bit after office hours, he immediately met us outside and assisted us in getting to our unit; so for my lack of knowledge, he was extremely helpful in that situation. Everything else was perfect - the gate codes worked well, the communication was good, the aisles were wide and allowed for moving room, and the unit was exactly what I needed - I'd totally recommend renting with Extra Space.

I got a lot of things and this place is so convenient and it is nearby my new place too. Mr. Curt was so nice and friendly! He took good care of us when we were at the office. The place is safe and secured and I won’t worry about my stuff getting stolen or something. Thank you for the great service, y’all earned another loyal customer! 😊

We arrived and the lock was there and all was clean. It was just smaller than we had visioned so we went to the office and the employee was so helpful and nice! It was his first day at that location but he got us a larger unit and got us set up and explained how everything worked and how to pay.

Extra Space Storage is the best place for managing all your storage needs. I’ve used them off and on for about 3 years now at 2 different locations. The staff is professional, helpful, and pleasant. The units are clean and facilities are cared for.

OMG! Today was my second day at extra space storage and I loved it already. The location is just right and the storage is very clean. The employee Curt was exceptional, he helped me with everything I needed to get started and he did it with all smiles. When I ran out of water he give me two bottles of water because the sun in NC can be very hot. It's a good storage, try them out.

Mr.Curt was very nice and polite, he also helped out a lot and took his time explaining each storage unit and also showed us as well! He was the best!!

Extra Storage in Concord NC provided me with an excellent storage unit rental experience this past weekend. I was very pleased with Curt's customer service and the product he recommended was perfect for my requirements.

I've rented space at several other storage facilities over the years, but my experience here has been top-notch, which is something I can't say about previous places. Although I rarely have any need to contact the management, on those couple of occasions that I have, Curtis has been exceptional and resolved the issue immediately. I wish every business operated like this.

I went in today to pay for my rental and meet Mary she stated she was from Winston. She was very knowledgeable, kind , professional with OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.
I wish there were many more Mary's around.
