The location of the facility is also incredibly convenient, making it easy for me to access my belongings whenever I need to. Plus, the move-in process was seamless. The communication I received from the staff was helpful, guiding me through everything I needed to know and ensuring a smooth transition into my new space. From the quick and easy online rental process to the convenient location and excellent move-in experience, it's been nothing but positive from start to finish. Highly recommend!

GREAT experience!! This is the only storage company that answered the phone on a Saturday. They had a unit available and the entire process from start to finish was complete in less than 5 minutes. When I arrived everything was just as I was told it would be and has been since I began storing my items! THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS MOVE EASY!!

The five stars are purely for $10 rent discount offer for giving a review. So let's get honest. My girlfriend and I have been with this facility since late August. Discounted rate throughout a 3-month span . I encourage anyone else that takes this 3-month 50% discount special offer to take heed around month 4. Some very special case situations in our experience with them and would not ever refer anyone to their likings without even getting into details. . so we'll just leave it at that vague and it's a five-star draw.

This is my second time using the storage units here. I have never had any issues. I code did not work on the gate this time around but one quick call and they had the issue fixed.

The customer service was absolutely wonderful! LeRon had me set up within a few minutes and I was able to start using the storage. The units themselves are clean and the area is safe! I recently relocated from Maryland and was looking for a storage that was accessible 24 hours, clean and professional. The staff at The Attic Self Storage made my move in as easy as can be. They were very pleasant and extremely helpful. I was able to complete everything on line because I knew I was not going to make the office hours due to the long distance of travel which relieved me of much stress. I was able to access my unit upon arriving to NC with no problems. The use of their truck is an added bonus. I would definitely recommend The Attic Self Storage. Keep up the great work!!

I spoke with a rep named Melissa and she was wonderful. She had knowledge of the products & efficient. In a time like this (COVID-19) she was still able to assist me by giving me info to safely view two storage units. I have had service with them before years ago and then no longer needed them and they were still great back then.

I have to be a renter again. Short notice on a holiday and The Attic came through again. Leron worked with me after hours and made sure all of my needs were met. I'm very appreciative. Thank you so much I
have rented from this facility and bought auction storage units from them for over 2 years.
On my side things have not went well from deaths to a store flooding, I have needed storage desperately, and most of the time at very odd hours.
The Attic employees have always helped me.
They have always made a way for me to be able to get done the things I need to get done.
In my opinion, we have a wonderful working relationship.
They are 24 hours A-day and always on hand for many different storage needs including a free truck when you move.
If you do not want to pay your bill online, or mail it, all you have to do is walk into their 24/7 kiosk office and pay it via their machine.
I have used storage facilities for 40 years and this one meets and exceeds all expectations by far.
They are clean , safe and friendly.
I cannot give this place a high enough review.
A shout out goes to KEITH for making the last 2 storage unit rental needs not just possible, but exactly where I needed them to be.

**** All storage facilities have an administration fee. This company is the only one that will give you a free lock. So it balances things out. With The Attic you will always come out on top.
* Another quick add on. A couple of weeks ago on one of my units, I left off a lock. Not only did they put one on for me, they called me to let me know that they handled the situation so I did not have to come over and deal with it. You will not find better than this.

This is an excellent facility. The BEST customer service I have ever experienced. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage unit the prices are the best around I've done the research. The guys name I dealt withs name was Tim, he set everything up for me gave me my unit number gate code and I was set and ready to go when I arrived. This will definitely be my choice for all my storage needs. Thanks for the exceptional experience.

I love that I could do everything online and via text. I have auditory processing issues, so to not have to deal with phone calls was such a blessing! They are super responsive via text. <3 I love having a gate code, so I don't have to keep up with any more cards, and it feels more secure.

Very easy process, all done online and over the phone. Keith was very helpful, very polite and professional In helping me with the contract and getting everything set up! Kourtney was very prompt in replying to my request!

Update: Just requested another small unit and Kourtney and Kevin were right on it! Love how easy the process has been and how very helpful everyone has been!

My wife and I had the opportunity to speak with Tim, he was very helpful and the process to sign up was quick and easy! We feel extra welcomed and cared for after receiving a Military discount, and learning that they also support veterans as well.
